This man is a thief he first arrived to my home on April 8th stating I just needed one part replaced and took $150 as the so called deposit. Then proceeded to come up with a million reasons to not arrive, I tried to give him some grace but thought it was strange the company never reached out to me. I realized the number he gave me for the company doesn't work and is disconnected, and then found him here on yelp seeing he's done this to other people. Dave came to our place to repair a fridge, then later a freezer. In both cases, he was at our door within a few hours of our call, but in retrospect, I would say that's probably because the initial visit involves cash up front. The repair itself took under half an hour, consisted of recharging the system with a refrigerant / sealant mix, and was warrantied for 90 days. That was the easy part. The hard part was getting Dave to come back to honor the warranty. After a few weeks, the refrigerant leaked out, and the fridge began to fail again. We tried to contact him, had to wait several days to get a response, then many more days for the refrigerant / sealant he said was on order to come in. We repeated this process a few times, and eventually he got the fridge working before the warranty clock ran out, but that took way too much time and effort. And on top of that, the repair lasted only about 15 months. The freezer seems to be going the same route. Unfortunately, I must agree with the bulk of the other reviewers here. Anytime Appliance Repair is, to put it generously, a subpar company. If you have a refrigerator or freezer that's not working, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere to get it repaired. read more

This is a SCAM, do not use this organization. There are two of them one is answering the phone, will take your name and number and address and then David comes out and gives an assessment says you need a part and then takes a deposit. Mine was $250. Then the ghosting starts, they sort of respond enough and then just stop but they never actually show up to fix anything. They have what looks like official invoice there are 3 different phone numbers none of which actually get you to the person you need. Requested service for stove repair. They were ready to come same day within couple hours. (Impressive) I scheduled for couple days later. It was worth it. David came on time as promised and sent a text to let me know he was enroute. Within an hour he had assessed & repaired the issue. What I really appreciated was that David explained the issue & showed me what he did to fix it. I highly recommend this "family owned" business. I called today around noon today for same day repair on my dryer. Dave arrived around 5:15, diagnosed issue, ran out and got part, returned and the I was able to finish drying my towels by 6:30. Very happy with service. Dave was efficient and professional. Will definitely use again. read more

RIP OFF-BEWARE. Anytime appliance, Dave the technician, came to my home to fix my stove. I was told I needed a new mother board costing $469.00. They insisted I give them $200.00 as a check only. I called Samsung to complain that my 3-year-old stove needed this expensive part. Samsung walked me through resetting the stove and it's fine now. I was told by Samsung that even though they claimed to be Samsung authorized service, they were not. I called/texted telling them I did not need the motherboard and wanted a refund of all except the $68.00 service charge. Even though they are a rip off, the guy came out, so I thought it fair to pay him for the service all and said as much in the voicemails and texts. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We called a repair call center 1-866-419-4423 and was transferred to Anytime Appliance Repair. Spoke with someone name Dave who came to our office on 12/30/24 to assess the issue of our refrigerator/freezer not cooling. He stated that we needed Freon and reseal. We paid him $369 in full that day and he was to return the following Tuesday. We waited more than 8 hours for him to come, when he did arrive he stayed literally 6 minutes and said he was done. He advised that we leave the the appliance unplugged and plug it back up the next day. We did that and by the end of the next day noticed the refrigerator/freezer was still not cooling. I called Dave back on the number he left on the invoice and he said he would need to order a part to repair. He returned on 1/10/25 with "parts" to repair said that we should leave the appliance unplugged for the day and plug back in the next day and everything should be fine. Appliance is still not fixed. Now they don't answer the phone or hang up when they hear its me. This is a complete SCAM. I will be reporting them to the BBB and FTC. read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My husband gave the tech a large "deposit" on the parts needed to make my stove work and to fix my icemaker. After ghosting us forever, the guy finally cam out and my stove that had 3 working burners now has one. He's ghosted us again. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Contacted Anytime Appliance almost a month ago after they stated for to contact them to resolve. The head of their company blew me off. All I have is a cancelled check that they cashed for the parts that they said I needed for the repair. They have not done anything to resolve. Not a company you can rely on, beware! read more

*This company is a scam* DO NOT USE THEM. Two months ago, Dave came to fix my 80 year old mother's refrigerator. He requested cash, and also claimed not to have any invoices to show proof of service. My mother wrote him a check for half, gave him almost $200 in cash and a $10 tip. She also made him use an old invoice form (she used white-out over the old form to put her information on it - smart). Needless to say, the refrigerator was not fixed. Dave then told my mother he would reimburse her since he was unable to fix the refrigerator and now is completely ghosting her and will not return her calls. He will not return mine, either. The company (the owner is Liz) is also refusing to reimburse her, claiming that since it changed its name, it does not have to pay her for services under the previous name (it was previously called "Anytime Appliance Repair and More." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are swindlers who don't do the work and steal your money. They should be ashamed of themselves and how they take advantage of people, especially senior citizens. read more

My refridgerator stopped cooling after a power outage and I called for service. The tech, Dave, did come out on a Sunday for which I was grateful. He installed a new part, told me to leave it off for the night and turn it back on in the morning. After paying $400 (plus a tip) in cash he left. In the morning I turned it back on, waited 3 hours, and still no cooling. That was on 1-13-24 and today is 1-22-24. I have called numerous times, left messages, and had apologetic texts from Dave. However, still no repair and now they are either not answering my phone calls or hanging up on me.
