The staff is always friendly. As noted by another reviewer, a "few" of the older patrons could be described as grumpy, but in general the clientele is pretty nice. You get the typical range of personalities, like in any gym. Parking can sometimes be hard, especially during peak hours. I spend most of my time in the aerobic room and the weight room. There have only been a few occasions when I wasn't able to use my preferred piece of aerobic equipment. It's a different story in the free-weight room where it fills up fast. The benches are placed far too close to each other and the club would be wise to expand this area. When I was a member of the club about five years ago (I moved to NYC and just recently returned) I used the racket ball courts and the basketball courts, too. Now not so much. I just lift and sweat. I've lost 20 pounds here and plan to stay a member as long as I can afford it.

The spa portion of the space is smaller but practical. I thought the one thing I couldn't live without was the waxing service. Kim uses the best quality wax that doesn't irritate my skin and makes it the least painful waxing experience I've had. One day, I decided to try a 30-minute massage with Kim and walked away feeling so relaxed and relieved of all my tension points, I had the most restful sleep that night. I've been coming back since then for the massage and I highly recommend it. Kim knows what she's doing and if you like deeper pressure points, she's your girl! Who wouldn't do this? Intro new student offer only. I am classically trained so Stott was new. I'm still not sure exactly the difference, but I asked for a burn and I got it from Randy! I love that they use small weights while on the reformer for leg exercises. Trio classes are $35+ tax as a drop-in fee so they can be as low as $25 if purchased in a class series. My trio class was with Kelsey and I would definitely also go back to her. The studio is clean and equipment is clean. I've found that pilates instructors are hit and miss, so 2 for 2? I'll take it and I'll be back.

As soon as you enter through the business door you'll find yourself in a building with multiple suites. Just a few steps down will be Gracie Barra (not to be confused with Barre next door). From memberships to making sure you're well informed of classes, as well as lessons. Coach Brett is an amazing instructor, he'll describe every bit of detail about the move so that you'll leave every class literally mind-blown! Professor Mark is the lead instructor and is there every day the school has a class. From being four years old to an older guy/gal ready to retire (or ready for their mid-life crisis ), professor Mark will guide you each step of the way.
