Was told I had to leave because of my shirt... I was wearing a tank top and just because I have boobs they said my shirt wasn't allowed. Their "dress code" is an absolute crock of shit because based off of what I was wearing I met the dress code, but just because I have tits I wasn't allowed to workout. Took the staff a very long time to fix the massage chair and than they moved it from a private room. To out in the open???? Very strange we thought. No one wants to sit and get a massage w/ an audience? Put up a divider at minimum! They staff is friendly, it's always clean inside and equipment. Masks are worn. During the summer it's way to warm inside. Especially on the treadmills in front of the tented windows. Fans near by to help don't work half the time. The exercise room music Blairs so loud when you start a class!! We just stopped using it. Turing it down should be a simple maneuver w/ a remote. It's not. Other than those simple fixes! Over the past year, this place has drastically gone down hill! None of the spin bikes work (EVER), there are holes in the walls that need to be fixed by a professional, almost every mirror is broken, and multiple spots in the carpet/rubber flooring that are raised and in desperate need of repair (trip hazards)! Does the owner know how many elderly go to this gym?!?! I couldn't imagine this gym passing ANY HEALTH inspection as there are MULTIPLE safety hazards that are screaming for a lawsuit. Not to mention, the bathrooms and showers are disgusting. How often they are being cleaned, it's hard to say! I haven't seen a cleaning service come in since May of 2021. Last time I saw employees cleaning the toilets was the week of January 1st, 2022. And as far as there being staff during staffing hours, I haven't seen a single employee since August of 2021. I will be filing a formal complaint through Anytime's corporate office and taking this a step further to the better business bureau. Unacceptable that anytime is collecting it's member's money and not maintaining a gym that sees HEAVY use everyday!! read more

I have been a member at Anytime Fitness for 8yrs. I signed up when I turned 18 and have been with the business ever since. I have always found all branches to be exceptionally clean, with friendly staff, and a safe environment. I do occasionally wish they were bigger in floor space but having access (Anytime) is truly the most amazing aspect and secondly I can find an Anytime Fitness almost everywhere I travel. Vacations/business trips, whatever the case may be I can usually always find my gym close to me so I can keep up on my health. Thank you Anytime for all these years! read more

What an awesome gym! Visiting this gym will be a lasting memory for me because it was just so awesome. The view of the snow covered mountains and the sunset while running on the treadmill was to die for. There are 3 separate rooms. You walk into the first one where there are lots of machines and treadmills. The second one is to the left. This is the aerobics room and it has a total of 8 TRX! The third one is the free weight room. Lots of equipment, whatever you want to work on, it's all here for you. There are two shower/dressing rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very adequate. The manager, I think her name was Melinda, was a very nice lady! Very helpful and let me use the water massage chair. It was such a great massage. Why can't there be gyms like this where I live! :(( I hope to travel through again one day because this will definitely be a stop!! read more

After ignoring my fitness for several years I decided to once again join a gym. I visited 4 in our area, one which I was previously a member. I have been with Anytime fitness now for a month. The facility is exceptionally clean, the trainers and help are caring, professional and knowledgeable. I have joined group fitness training and it is like having your own personal trainer. I'm looking forward to a long term relationship with Anytime fitness and returning to the enjoyment of hiking in the mountains next spring and summer. read more

I am a senior with silver sneakers.... The owner (Greg Kudrna) was absolutely terrific, taking lots of his time to help me join, etc... I do love gyms, and this one was very well maintained. I love that it's open 24 hours a day, and they were even changing out the equipment!! Very nice facility, very well run! read more

Ok so it's been about a year since the new owners bought the gym. In that time they added a new room and updated the equipment. I meet with one of there trainers for some time and she was vary helpful. The staff is all very helpful and I don't see any of the machines out of order for vary long. read more

Tried several times to talk to someone at this location in the morning between the times of 10am-12pm and they are never there even having hours posted that someone will be there at 10am. Tried making calls and the phone is never answered. I can't come in at later times. You should not have those hours posted if you don't even have the staff there to help people! read more

Yes, it is a nice gym. Small, but certainly has sufficient equipment for a good workout. Staff is friendly, too. The problem is the cost. Having been to these gyms all over the country, I have to say I have never seen one that is this much money. $50 a month is a LOT for such a tiny gym. This is a small gym with no spa, no sauna, no pool, etc. They want you to sign up for a long term membership, but even then the price is more than any other Anytime Fitness we've ever seen. There seems to be no discount for a couple, either. With lower prices this would be a gym well worth considering. As it is, we are going to the very nice, much larger gym down the road for less than half the price of this one. read more

You must do something about the Gardnerville NV Club. The music is played so loud not even ear plugs can slow it down. I would quit your gym if I did not travel and use your gym at other locations. I tell people all the time where I work out - Any Time Fitness. Equipment is new and always in working condition. Staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoy the Hot Yoga class, and miss the Friday AM Yoga, but maybe it will come back soon. I've tried the bigger places and don't feel as comfortable, and the equipment was not always in working condition for long periods of time. So Any Time Fitness, Gardnerville, NV is my choice for a great place to work out. read more

This is a very clean gym. All equipment is updated and the staff seems very passionate about what they do.

I like the gym, but they don't keep it as clean as they should. My biggest complaint is that I like watching TV while doing cardio and several of the TV's don't work. I've brought it up to the staff and emailed corporate with no change. I was told that they were buying new machines, but they said that it would happen two-months-ago and it hasn't. read more

Love this gym!! Always taken care of and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful and always there when scheduled. I like the new things they are trying like senior day and a dog walk for the local community. People in the gym don't bother you but expect a friendly conversation if you allow your eyes to meet (on purpose, of course!). read more

I liked the equipment that this location has to offer but it isn't very clean. The equipment is wiped down by the people who use it but all of the equipment I used had dust and dirt build up. I also noticed some equipment seemed to have loose screws. Overall I enjoyed going to this location and hopefully the issues I mentioned get addressed and I can give it a 5 star review. I liked that it wasn't as cramped as the South Carson location. read more

It's the only 24-7 gym in the area and they know that. Prices are high compared to other guns but if you plan on going in late then you pay. I like that its quiet. The place isn't very clean other than what the members clean themselves after a workout. There's sometime piles of dust for weeks on the treadmills which is an eyesore. THE WORST GYM E-V-E-R!!!!! I joined Anytime Fitness somewhere else and ended up moving to this area. I started using this location over a year ago and since day one I was so disappointed and upset. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO THIS GYM, SOMETHING IS WRONG. Most of the time at least one machine is broken, or the TV is not working. Also, by comparison to other Anytime Fitness, the quality of machines here is VERY LOW. They are using old and refurbished machines and are cheap on the TV channels too. There is ONLY ONE BATHROOM for males and one for females. Almost every time I needed to use the bathroom it was filthy and was missing either toilet paper, paper towel or seat covers..... The owners are only interested in your money. Once you join here, they no longer have ANY INTEREST IN YOU. If you ask for anything, you will either be ignored or rudely replied. Here is one example of my visit yesterday: I came in and started working out, but the machine I used was broken. I waited until another member finished his workout and used his machine. About 5 minutes before finishing my workout, I saw the owner and manager leave the gym. When I finished my workout I went to use the bathroom. It was filthy and the trash was overflowing. There were no seat covers remaining.... When I left and headed out, I noticed that the door mat INSIDE THE GYM was covered with 10 inch pieces of debris (like dry straw or something like that). Basically, this is what you get from this gym and its owners..... BEWARE!!!! I completely agree with ALL the negative feedback I have read on this gym. I am planning to contact the headquarters of Anytime Fitness to file a complaint. Most other locations (individually owned and operated) of Anytime Fitness I have visited, were a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. They had class and quality. The only class and quality here are in some of the members. read more
