I don't like going to gyms because I often fell judged by younger and more fit patrons and staff. I've found here that I feel welcomed and supported. the exercises can be really hard but I feel a payoff. I haven't been there long enough to see a lot of change but I'm starting to see some. I enjoy going there and I feel like I'm improving myself both in strength and mentally. Great choice for me !

Nothing has pushed me harder or been put more specific attention on the areas that I really wanted to work on more than having a personal trainer who really knows what they are doing. I've had sessions with several of the trainers at Fitness Together and they are all very knowledgeable and really care about my needs. They also give me nutrition counseling! It's like I'm getting two services for the price of one! I love the personal attention and private studios at Fitness Together. I will be a client for life!!

It seems to be a popular location because there is a waitlist for many of the classes. It was interesting that there is a nearby OTF location in Sandy and there were no waitlists for their classes. Anyway, I enjoyed the two classes that I attended there and will return on future trips.

Without any clear warning or reminder, they auto-renewed me for another 3 months, and now I'm stuck paying for extra sessions I never intended to commit to. On top of that, the personal training didn't even provide much value -- it felt like I was paying just to learn how to use basic equipment. Customer service is extremely hard to reach, and when you finally do get in contact with someone, they tell you they can't do anything about it. No flexibility, no accountability, no help. This whole experience feels misleading and frustrating. Be careful before signing anything here -- especially personal training contracts. You might end up locked in longer than you expect.

We paid for a hotel room to be able to make the early morning flight, to be able to make the "mandatory orientation" in Salmon the night before the retreat. We paid for an additional "package" to cover all flights and hotels from Boise to Boise. After sitting in the Jet Port for 3 hours we were able to find out that the orientation is not mandatory for us. After reviewing all materials, it is clear there is conflicting information and lack of ability to talk to anyone in a timely manner. Can't comment on the actual rafting trip.

I feel like since she has been an athlete all her life, complete with injuries, I can put my trust in her. She excels at mobility exercises and weigh training techniques, making sure you have proper form. I recently was recovering from surgery and was nervous about getting back into CrossFit WOD's at my gym. I decided I needed some one on one attention and a refresher on my movements. After a few sessions, I feel ready to go back AND I feel like I have better form than when I left actually! Outside was in the upper 60s the day I went. Not sure if it would be cooler than it was when it's 30 outside. The walk from the front desk to the courts I never would have found on my own. I didn't see any other signs that said what was what way besides the ones my group put up. Everything looked clean and taken care of. I didn't use the locker room or restrooms. They do have a bar attached that was a nice bonus. We only got drinks but they do have food as well. Next time I'll have to try some.
