If I can remember all the things we did... we did a silk peel, brightening mask, an oxygen treatment, some LED light magical thing, and some other topical treatments. If other practices can figure this out, so can Elan. I've been going for just under 4 years. But I won't return because of this. It's pretty tone deaf and kind of gross. Edited to say, I only asked for numbing cream my last 3 visits, so I didn't know it was a public experience. First time, I was taken aback and thought it was a one off. Now 2 more times, it's how they do it. No other med spa does this in my experience.
