Which instead of fixing the lighting problem, he removed my light fixtures without my approval and left them in the bushes without my knowledge. He cut all my wires and left open without making sure they have electrical tape to prevent hazard or fire. The reason why I hired Victor to fix my door was because the door would not close properly, and I had to pull the door to lock the deadbolt. Victor has to take the door off to fix.
