I purchased a new generator because I did not want to be without one. they wanted to charge me to return the generator. I said no and I said I just wanted the money that I paid for the repairs and you can keep my old generator. I received the money. what a way to do business.

Jeff came by looked over the house, gave me some advice told me what they need to do and was scheduled only 1 month later and that was with working around my schedule. Kitchen was added to house by the owner in the 60s so nobody knew what to expect behind the plaster and drywall. Jeff had great instincts for his craft and upon completion of the job I knew him and the guy he worked with really knew what they were doing. I told them I would get any tile and plaster work taken care of when they were done and to remove or make holes in walls, ceiling and floor wherever they needed too. I expected the kitchen to be pretty torn up. They didn't leave me a lot of work to do. Excellent job! Price was good, the workmanship was amazing. Minimally invasive when getting everything in the walls and ceiling, everything done in 1 day. They're the only people that will work on my house regarding electric for now on.

I searched long and hard to find a local business to patronize. The plumber was early the first day and on time the second day. The job he performed was excellent. He was helpful and good natured. The company itself is another story. Shortly after the plumber left I noticed that the shower pipe was loose. I left a message at 11:30 AM to explain the situation and if they could advise me. Do they have someone who can cut the drywall and re-attach the pipe? Do I need to call a different type of contractor? No return call. I called again at 2:30 PM. No answer, and again no return call. I called the office the next morning, and once again no answer and no return call. It's hard to believe there is no one to answer the phone in the middle of a work day or return calls later on. If there were extenuating circumstances why they couldn't return calls at that time, at least call at some later time and apologize for not getting back sooner. My messages were polite and not confrontational. I did my part and paid my bill at the time of service, so I expected the decency of a response. But the deliberate and callous conduct by this company does not deserve my business and anyone reading this should think twice before engaging their services.

But wait, they only have after hours service which costs even more.  This company obviously has not matured with the times.  A professional company would have done a better job of trying to figure out why their sticker, installation date and warranty info is on a tank they supposedly did not install. Go to a company that knows what they are doing.  I would not give this company my business or recommend them to anyone I care about. Years down the line, after giving them your business, your receipt will magically disappear and you will be out of luck.
