Now that State employees are being asked to report to the office a minimum of two days a week, I can no longer get away with hiding my untamed eyebrows behind a screen for 40 hours a week. Therefore, I had to find a local establishment for threading. Fortunately, my beautiful and resourceful wife found AP Threading, which had perfect Yelp reviews and located less than five minutes from our home. My wife scheduled back to back appointments for us and we anticipated the day of our appointments. While heading to the establishment, my wife and I had a little concern regarding how the eyebrow technician would style our eyebrows. Yes the reviews were good, but there is always the chance that you can walk out with eyebrows that are thinner than preferred. Upon entering the establishment, we were warmly greeted by Ramandeep. At the time the establishment was empty, so Ramandeep immediately sat my wife in her chair. After asking her styling preference and observing a photo that my wife provided, Ramandeep went to work. My wife was very impressed by her eyebrows and how well Ramandeep mirrored the eyebrow style that my wife provided via photo. As Ramandeep ushered me to the chair, she did a great job of acknowledging patrons that were arriving for their appointments (she was also taking walk-ins). I confirmed with Ramandeep that I did not want to arch my eyebrows, just a simple clean up. During the process Ramandeep did a good job of inquiring about my pain tolerance and made friendly conversation. Less than ten minutes later I was emerging from the chair with perfectly cleaned up eyebrows. When I went back to fix, they told me that I took their time last time with my eyebrows, specifically stating what I wanted. Even though I paid about $10 tip, the other lady who works there told me she doesn't have time to fix my eyebrows when she had no customer and refused to give me refund for their bad service! read more

I came into this place without knowing what to expect! I was a regular at a different eyebrow salon - Beauty By Thread, and the woman I used to go to all the time (pre-pandemic) no longer works there! It's been hard trying to find someone who knows exactly what I want. The atmosphere here is very clean, relaxing, and the temperature inside was nice and cool. Raman took me in here at AP Threading and I explained to her that I have one eyebrow naturally more sparse than the other, and my brows have become uneven due to previous plucking/bad threading experiences. Today was my first time here, first thing I noticed when I signed myself in was all of the return customers that signed in before me. It's definitely for a reason as this place is amazing! I have a scar on my left eyebrow due to stitches so no hair grows there. I've gone to several places before and they've all done a decent job working around it but this place is by far the best.
