There has been a few times that I had to stop in while out and about with my pup with me and they've let me bring him into the lobby to make sure he stays cool while they fix my car. Every time I stop in the store manager Will has been incredibly kind and helpful, and when they are overworked and understaffed he is direct about the timing I can expect. I've witnessed him calling other stores nearby when need be for clients to make sure they get the help they need in a timely manner if they can't get them in as quickly as they need, which shows just how much they care about their clients. I always appreciate their honesty and customer service and feel like I have a reliable place for car help. They may not have the fanciest waiting area or wifi available, but there are a variety of fast food places near by if you need food or a quick work space. I highly recommend them when you're looking for a local go to.

I dropped it off at 8am and was told I'd get a call in 1-2 hours. At 12:30pm, I hadn't received a call so I called and was told that it was still being inspected. When I finally got a call around 1:30, the manager told me I had a leak, but couldn't find it, so he couldn't fix it, but he could recharge the system with coolant for $370. Since I have a leak, that could last a couple weeks or a couple of months. Not only was this price outrageous, it seemed pointless if I would have to just address the problem again that soon. I told him I'd just pay for the diagnostic and he questioned me, "why the hesitation to get the recharge?" After I had to explain myself to get off the phone, I went to get my car and instantly noticed that my AC was no longer clicking on. What was once only a mild coolness to the air was not pure hot air. I went back in and asked for the manager and asked why my AC was no longer turning on. He said "once you refuse to do the service with us, we vacuum out all the coolant since we add some to test it." I said that means he took out what I had and now I have NO cool air. His response, "well, you didn't have that much in there anyway." This was during the wildfires so it was either windows down with smoke filled air or windows up in a hot box. I took it down the street and got the recharge for $185, exactly 50% less. And this is why you trust your gut on not going to a place like this when you have something more complex than an oil change.

Recap - my 22y/o daughter took car for tire rotation and oil change. 100% certain the car had no…read moreoil leak before visit (new-ish driveway and never had oil spots). They told her she had an oil leak and wanted $47 to diagnose the leak. Sure enough, there were drips under her car that evening that were never there before. Update - today I took the car to the local dealer. They found the source of the "leak". Firestone didn't properly tighten the oil filter when they changed it. And Firestone overfilled the oil. All told it was about a $300 charge at the dealer for three services: 1. Diagnostic to find the problem Firestone created. 2. De-greaser to confirm no other leaks (there weren't any) and clean the damage from Firestone's mistake. 3. A replacement oil change to correct Firestone's overfilling. It still read above the full mark despite dripping for a week and whatever got sprayed around the engine compartment. Which left me wondering... Was the oil filter left loose out of incompetence, or was it left loose intentionally to create a leak to justify charging the $47 for "oil leak detection with dye" that they thought they could pull over on a 22y/o girl? The only other review on this location from this year also mentioned loose oil filters, so I'm apparently not the first to experience this.

I had an appointment set up for 11:30 and then I gave them the car 30 mins early and they said it wouldn't be don't until 5, they then called me at 4 and told me they weren't able to do anything with the car but could do my tires if I personally took them off if I had the equipment. Long story short these guys have no idea what they are looking at or doing with vehicles. They did do my tires after me coming and taking them off in the parking lot next door

The tires I purchased were a brand I hadn't heard of before but they had a good rating and were a much better price than the big name brands. The only complaint I have is I noticed some scratches on the right rear of our car but I can't say for certain that it happened there. Overall I would recommend them for tires.
