I attended a wedding recently that was quite honestly over the top nice, and they hired Premier to valet for this event. There were almost 400 guests at this private residence and I can only imagine how difficult parking for this event might have been to manage. The valet staff were all very professionally dressed and even though there were a lot of cars, there seemed to be a valet immediately available as we pulled up and as we were ready to leave. To be honest I had a minor issue with my car and I was afraid that I was going to have difficulty getting it resolved, but long story short, I found the owner to be very reasonable and we came to an agreement we both were comfortable with. These valets worked a party I worked on Mulholland, which is scary to drive & impossible to park on. They were charming, quick, helpful, professional & I didn't hear one set of gears grinding. I didn't hire them, but I took their card for my next event. Our supervisor was Edgar & he & his team were great. One sort of weird note, but trust me when I say it's important. When I escorted them in to use the rest room, the speeches were taking place. The team was careful not to make any noise & to be totally respectful of the guests while they waited their turns to use the facilities. The only thing I would recommend is that they bring a couple of folding chairs for people who might have trouble waiting on their feet. Several guests at the party looked a little fragile, although they all claimed to be fine to wait. No one's wait was very long. Highly recommended. read more

I use this valet service every year for a big gala in Beverly Hills. The Premiere team goes ABOVE and BEYOND each time. The valet staff is reliable, kind, courteous, and meticulous. The office team is amazing to work with. At my last event, a couple of vendors didn't valet park their cars, but self-parked and unknowingly parked illegally. The Premiere staff RAN into the venue, grabbed the vendors' keys, and moved their cars for them. WHAT? Like I said, above and beyond the scope of their duties! Highly recommend. This is the first time that I have hired a valet company in Hollywood and I must say that I am extremely impressed. I had reached out to five different vendors for a quote and Premiere was the most responsive and professional. Each time I had sent emails, which was a lot, I would receive a prompt response. In addition, they had met with me to do a walk through prior to our event and worked with the city to ensure we had a permit to meet our needs. Ryan, the Operations Manager and Emanuel, the Supervisor were both so customer service oriented. I felt that this was one area I did not have to stress about for our event. They arrived early, introduced me to the team and everyone had a polished look. We had five attendants total and they were swift with their process and flexible when I needed to add a second pickup location. There were absolutely zero issues or complaints. I would recommend them to everyone who is expecting a luxury experience. Pre-event communication: immediate response via phone/email and timely paperwork follow-up (embarrassingly more organized than myself.) Rate was surprisingly fairly competitive to other valet companies. The day of:  flawless. Technically, as the 1st + last people greeting your guests, it's not the worst thing in the world to have 3 suited-up, professional, SMILING valets show up who are disarmingly cool human beings to talk to. I could relax and focus on our party, knowing our guests + their cars would be treated with respect. (Well, that was my gut instinct -- in the end, was not disappointed.) I contacted six valet companies; this was the only one that actually answered the phone, and immediately emailed me a quote. After a few days another company finally called me back, and gave me a quote $200 cheaper. I went with Premiere Valet anyway. Initially, I was concerned because there were several parking and stopping restrictions in the area. The event was also going to be starting at 5 pm on a Friday, in a high-traffic area in Hancock Park. We had about 125 cars at our event, and I didn't hear any complaints. I was happy with Cristian, the supervisor on location, David, the owner, and Billy, the admin. guy. In fact, all the valets seemed very professional and kept to themselves. Unreliable. Worst customers service ever! We went to an event that these people were in charge off. We've parked our car exactly where we were told and ended up with a ticket and our car being towed away because of their "premiere" valet service.... Many other cars were also ticketed at the same event and at least 3 other cars were towed. When we asked for an explanation they just say that they will forward our complaint to the owner. We called several times and he never called us back. Finally, we called without telling what it's about, and when we got a hold of him and ask again for an explanation about what the reason we've been towed although they assigned us the parking space, he said that it's not his problem... At first, I was surprised that they had 4 stars, but then I check the filtered reviews. Don't be impressed by their rating. They deserve 4 stars... Out of 100! read more

Premiere Valet got me a quote the fastest at a very competitive rate. On the night of the event, everything ran as smoothly as possible. The drivers were extremely professional and courteous and the supervisor Taylor kept me informed all night on how everything was going. The dedicated lot that I purchased for parking even got filled up rather quickly, but Taylor and his team got creative to prevent me from having to start paying more money for cars to be parked in other lots. I had to put together an event with a major celebrity (two-time Academy award winner) in Hollywood and get valet parking on short notice (three weekdays). From beginning to end, I was very impressed with Premiere Valet Service. Their professionalism and personal attention to the needs of the customer was really impressive. I never had trouble getting someone on the phone before the event, they provided a quote immediately, and answered all of my questions ahead of time. They also had very competitive and reasonable prices, so I booked with them (after calling about 5 other companies). They had someone go by the location we would be using after the contract was signed, and they added in an additional valet at no extra charge. The afternoon of the event (this past weekend) was unusually hot, and we even had one car's battery die. The valets did an impressive job dealing with all of the issues that came up. I will definitely be using their service again for any events in the L.A./Orange County area, and would highly recommend their service to anyone else who has Valet needs at an event. read more

It was a small event which some companies are not interested in dealing with but Premiere sent me a proposal right away. They have great prices and made the whole process very easy. They were hired for an event I attended, it was a very nice high end event but the valet attendants were young kids who weren't professional at all. As I was waiting for my car I saw them cussing to each other and joking around while people were outside waiting. Once I got my car and drove off I noticed later that my Gucci sunglasses were missing from my glove compartment. I tried to get in contact and file an insurance claim but "they aren't responsible for anything stolen" it just really sucks because to think I valet all of the time and to blatantly steal something is very disappointing. We use Premiere for all of our events at Top of the World, Laguna Beach, where parking is difficult. After using them a dozen times, we have had no complaints from our guests about the service. I hired this company at the recommendation of my planner, and she must have been getting a cut on the side or something because this service not only was overpriced, they specifically did not follow directions or manage the flow of traffic and/or vehicles parking on the main street which was the only reason we hired a valet service to start with. The staff had astounding customer service from start to finish and their timing on everything was perfectly executed! The venue we chose had extremely limited parking making the valet service essential to our wedding. We had about 100 guests and the amount of staff the valet company provided was absolutely perfect so that none of my guests were kept waiting long for their vehicles. My event was in California but my husband and I live in West Virginia so I had to handle all of our business through email or phone to which I never had a problem. When I was in the planning stages the coordinators and managers of Premier Valet Service were always quick to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. If you are planning an event and need valet services beware! If you see this company park you car make sure you inspect it before you leave.... My wife attended a holiday event at the Balboa Yacht Club and when the car was returned to her around 10pm she didn't notice the damage to the passenger side wheel or that the car was out of alignment until a couple of days later, when we notified best valet they referred us to their claims company. The end result was they were not liable because she didn't notice the damage and left the premise. The damage cost us under $100 for realignment, a damaged rim and now there is a knocking sound when we turn the wheel that no one can figure out. Terrible accountability on their part. To park cars at the BYC the vehicle needs to be taken off the premise the valet must of hit a curb and it would be impossible to not notice considering the damage done to the rim. None of the employees noticed or reported it. One a side note: We used BEST VALET for our wedding they parked over 100 cars where there was no parking and not one incident and they are a pleasure to deal with. If you see Premier, make sure to inspect your vehicle. read more

I had booked a different valet company but was unhappy with their communication so I submitted an online inquiry to Premiere Valet on Friday afternoon for a Monday night event. A sales rep called me right away and I told him my situation and he agreed to work with me even though I it was so last minute. Valet showed up on time and a dashing young man named Marco introduced himself to me. He was cordial, professional, and had a great attitude.
