I had a tight deadline to make it into that year's budget. I told Videobrite staff of the deadline and asked they contact me as soon as the work was done. They finished the project and didn't bother contacting me. They only told me it was done when I reached out. So we missed the deadline and had to pay out of the next year's budget -- for a project we wouldn't have even had done if wasn't for the extra funds in the last budget.
