All the dishes were notably balanced in flavors and in portions. The prices were fair, especially for the quality. The wine selection was also on point. Rather than endless lists of overpriced bottles, they had a thoughtful, well-priced selection that included a number of the Hestan Estate wines as well as solid list of other wineries. The by-the-glass selection was quite large and had some fascinating options like a Yountville Furmint or a Counoise from Mendocino in addition to the estate standards. Service was efficient, with helpful suggestions and good teamwork. The interior is gorgeous and you can browse cookware at the end of the meal (or before).
