He was most cordial and apologetic for the manner in which the bill for our service was handled. We discussed their rates and I was offered a partial refund, which I accepted. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at their offices to pick up the check, Steve insisted on a full refund, apologized again and indicated the technician was new at the time of service and has since learned the proper way to do business per their company policy. Suffice to say, I will contact them again for any further plumbing needs.
