My second time in for a repair unfortunately...accidents happen and all I can ask for is knowing the repair time and cost is going to be as quick and painless as possible. The first time I came in for service the repair was more extensive and took a few days. This time it was mainly cosmetic and took about 15 min. Both times I felt like the work done on my car looked like nothing had even happened. It truly is some car wizardry that these guys are able to do! For me it's important that any auto mechanic or repair shop is professional, informative, and above all seems trustworthy - especially when as a female it is easy to feel like you'll be taken advantage of and overcharged. Avoid this place! I had my car painted here a few years ago, and it was a terrible experience. They initially told me the job would take two weeks, but I didn't get my car back for almost a month. I'm only writing this review now because I've recently discovered the full extent of their poor work. It turns out they didn't sand the car at all--they just painted over the old paint. Worse, the new bumper wasn't prepped properly, so the paint has been peeling off over the past two years. When I called to complain after the first year, they denied any responsibility and said I'd have to pay to get it repainted. I was recommended to go here for body work from an insurance claim since the check had been cut and was not disappointed! The work was done a day sooner than I anticipated, and Tito and his son were more than helpful in suggestions and trying to do the right and NECESSARY work as opposed to the direction the insurance provider considered. I've made an effort to get Tito's shop on here because I was shocked he had practically nothing on here! How is that possible? I asked him if that was OK and he didn't mind, so I'm helping him get the word out, although it didn't seem like he needed the work, he has on average at least 5-6 clients to work for on a regular basis. I only want to help him continue getting good business and customers, because it's hard to find quality honest work, especially when you're unsure of what to do, where to go and who to trust (believe me, I'm no mechanic or auto repair expert, I just know good work and honest people when I see it)! Worst business to do business with. Takes advantage of friends. Was recommended by a family member who was friends with the owner. My car totaled and sold it to this body shop and was given a price of $2,000 (which was already less then the 3,000 i owed on the car) and when it came down to paying the full amount was shorted $100 after receiving the title. I found Tito the old fashioned way - word of mouth. A family friend has trusted Tito's for more than 30 years- they say his work is great & very well priced. They are right. I had a big problem getting the work I wanted on a great but older car. Everybody else would not even consider doing the work considering the value of the car. Wanted to charge more than the car was worth for a little body work & paint on couple different areas of the car. No trouble for Tito.. did an estimate for the primary area & less costly add-ons for other areas until my budget limit. Also above rear bumper were millions of tiny chips. Despite some concern, Tito agreed to "shoot" that too - but wasn't certain it would turn out really well. Only Tito was willing to do the work for me and let me decide. It turned out great. My bumper was damaged. They quoted me to fix it. My friend picked it up for me and when I saw it I realized the bumper was not the same as before. It was supposed to have a metal plate on the top. Tito said he called the dealer and they said this was separate from the bumper and costs $120 more. Instead of calling to ask what I'd like them to do he went ahead and installed it. I'd have just told them to order the part. I feel this was very dishonest and I won't be back. They also said they'd fix a blemish on the door as part of the $790 I paid but they didn't. When I asked they say they forgot. So I paid for that and they didn't even do the work. Not happy at all read more

This is an outstanding business. I love Tito & his son Aldo, & all the workers. I was referred to Tito by my mechanic. The unethical insurance company of the high-risk driver that hit me, was doing everything in their power to "Total Out" my car. I came to Tito & begged for his help to save my 1991 Jaguar...& he made it look beautiful, easily within the budget to "Salvage" the car at the DMV. I WAS SO HAPPY, I HAD TITO PAINT MY OTHER 2 CARS, AS WELL! Honestly, I brought him my Honda Accord & my Toyota truck, & he painted all of them. They are all 1991s, but they now look brand new & I get complements all the time on all of them. I took a stack of his business cards & hand them out when I can. Word of mouth is about the only way to find this gem of a shop and I'm guessing there are not more reviews because you guys want to keep Tito's all to yourself. At first we were nervous and my son was flat out skeptical but the price was right and Tito was highly recommended so we went for it. My husband found Tito to be a personable good guy and my son was pleasantly surprised when he got his pride and joy out of the shop.
