Was in search for some overgrips/wraps for the weekend and didn't want the standard black and white from the big box stores. Did not come in with much knowledge of the different types of grips or brands of grips for that matter. The owner was super welcoming and asked me if I needed help with anything as soon as I walked in. He was very kind even though I was only buying a pack of grips. Took in a couple of rackets to get the grips size changed on them. Julian did a great job on them. He did it the right way and changed out the pallets and did not just use a heat shrink sleeve to increase them. His craftsmanship is 1000 times better than the factory. The racquets feel great. Threw him a curve and asked him to string the racquets after I had already dropped off the racquets and he still finished them in the time promised. He strings for all the Major tournaments, he runs the HEAD stringing team at the Indian Wells tennis tournament, he strings for the Olympics and he was stringer of the YEAR. Did i also mentioned that with his extensive stringing background, he has strung for all the BIG pros. I.e.
