After you agree, he will say that it doesn't include disposal, so he advises you to call a company that will pick up the lawn, tree, and other waste from the land. The company that he calls is his x wifes business and have them pick it up, at your cost, above and beyond what your cost is. This company is totally worthless, and do not trust what Don Jolly has to say. If you hire him, get a quote, and have your final price in writing. As in a final cost on the job. Personally I would never hire him again, or even entertain even a quote from Don Jolly. The only time he shows up is to get money, he never checks on his workers to make sure they are doing it correct or incorrect. Honestly I'm not sure if he even knows what is correct or incorrect. Hire anyone else but him. I will be posting this on multiple websites to get the word out so other people don't get financially effected. The "company" is worthless. Do NOT go through this company. Don Jolly will milk you for ever dollar he can.

I had many specific requirements and they took the time to understand why I had to have fixtures, plumbing, fans etc. in specific places and they were able to meet my requirements completely. They also gave great advice on how to maximize day to day functionality within the space as well as for ease of long term maintenance. They ripped out the old walls, installed new walls, completely re-did all of the electrical and plumbing. The previous Tenant said he could not recognize the space. Everything they installed has held up beautifully. I was very impressed by their professionalism and punctuality and would not hesitate to recommend them for commercial or residential remodeling.
