This was my first time using a limo and using this company. I am very impressed with the overall service and professionalism I was greeted with. I called this company on the phone and talked to Pa and Susan. I made a last minute appointment to go see all of my limo choices in person. Greg , one of the drivers was patient with me and showed me all of the features until I decided that the Hummer would best fit my needs. The booking process was very organized and I received emails and phone reminders and confirmations before my scheduled departure. Our limo picked us up in Davis for a 29th birthday celebration to Napa. Our driver was Adrian and he was very helpful . He arrived early for our pickup and accommodated last minute changes during our trip. If I had one improvement for this company it would be to update the sound and stereo systems in the vehicle. Our Hummer was very spacious and very roomy. Please note that small bottled water is provided but Champagne can be added on for an extra charge. Overall, it was a great day in Napa . I highly recommend this limo company for all your limo needs. read more

This was our first time renting a limo. We used API for my daughter's 16th birthday. We found them through limos.com, and I am SO glad we did! The booking process was easy and professional. They were one of a handful of limo quotes that we had received. Not only were they the best deal, but the highest rated and no hidden fees! Even the tip was included! (although Jason was so awesome, we added a little more!) They were flexible and had 18 teenagers loaded up and briefed on safety procedures and on the road at the exact time I had booked them for! Booked an 8 passenger stretch limo for my daughter's 16th birthday. She and 7 friends went downtown for dinner and then out for ice cream and driving time feeling cool. Booking was easy. Everything was explained well and questions were answered by Randy who was very pleasant. I received a call to confirm two days prior to the event. The driver, Ozzie, arrived 15 min. early and was wonderful: professional, accommodating, patient ( with a bunch of teens), and friendly. He took the kids to the Tower Bridge for a photo op and drove them around after dinner. Gave us his number so we could keep in touch. Allowed time to be extended an hour. Overall, a great experience. We just used API to go wine tasting in Amador with 11 people. I had to call them several times before the trip due to changes in their party, and they were always so polite. They never seemed annoyed even though I seriously called them 7 or so different times. They emailed me confirmation emails after each time, and they made all the reservations at the wineries for us. The limo was beautiful and arrived 20 minutes early. Our driver, Adrian, was professional, and kept us on track of schedule. I really can't say enough good things about this company. I booked a party bus with API completely last minute due to a fall out with another limo company. I booked the bus the day of my birthday and couldn't be more happy with the service that we received. They were accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. Greg was our driver and he was awesome. He made sure our night went as smoothly as possible. Extremely disappointed at such horrible customer service and a complete disaster of an experience!!! My friend had purchased their largest party bus to accommodate a large party celebrating him and his girlfriend's birthday, an event we had been planning for about two months or more. The driver arrived to the pick up location an hour late because she went to the wrong location even though she was given the correct address and immediately had a horrible attitude and was not understanding to our frustrations for being an hour late. To top it all off the bus also had a tire issue, for over a $1000 a night you would think we would at least get a fleet bus that was inspected ahead of time. The driver then started giving my friend's girlfriend attitude and argued back and forth for a while. She finally agreed to take us to our 1st destination while she went and picked up another bus however never came back and they could not accommodate another driver and left us to Uber home. Unfortunately we had done business with them in the past which was a great experience but it looks like thats not happening. Yes they have high reviews however considering our experience if you are looking for any sort of rental, perhaps exercise all your options and look elsewhere. read more

This review is long overdue. We hired API service to shuttle wedding guests from my daughter's wedding at Park Winters to their hotels at the end of the night. From the minute we booked, they were communicative, showed up on time, and were reasonably priced. Our driver, was fabulous and did a great job managing just a couple of guests who might have gotten overly "festive". He made 3 round trips. He was really friendly and had a great sense of humor. I was lucky enough to be on a brewery tour aboard one of API's LUXURY limo buses and let me tell you, I could not have asked for a better ride or more accommodating hosts! They were fun and most DEFINITELY added to our event! We made a total of three stops on our tour - Old Glory, Track 7 & Rubicon and then our friendly host kept the brews flowing in between! They kept te limo totally clan and decked out in between stops, complete with plenty of water - one must hydrate! - as well as yummy snacks. After the tour, I thought of a dozen people who would love to partake in an event like the one I was a part of! My tour was all adults and focused on beer, but they do lots of different types of events - the kids would love this for a birthday party or prom! It would be perfect for a bachelor(ette) party as well! Honestly, I cannot say enough positive things about API and their team. We found API Limousine on Yelp. Though the review count was low, the comments were really good. I received a quote from their website which was lower than expected for a 3 hr "night on the town". Called to book. The driver arrived early at our hotel for pick up. She was very pleasant and the drive to our restaurant (in a town car) was quiet, efficient, and very nice - water and mints in the back seat, etc. The car was waiting for us when we finished dinner (following a quick SMS to the driver) and the ride back was just as good. Can't say a bad thing about API and on my next trip to Sacramento would use them for transportation in a heartbeat. Well done! read more

My daughter and 5 grand kids were flying in for their first trip to California and I wanted it to be special. I called API to see what they had that could carry 6 people, 12 suitcases and 5 backpacks. They had two suggestions, a van or the luxury limo. I got so excited about the limo. This would really be a treat. I told them I was going to make a sign to hold up in the airport like in the movies and they told me that they would take care of that for me and would stock the limo with plenty of bottled water. Now, I was really getting excited. I ask if I could bring a bottle of sparkling cider for the kids and they included that in the limo. They even picked me up so I could meet my family at the airport. It turned out to be a great day and my family was totally surprised. Adrian, our driver, was awesome! He make all of us feel very special. My 15 year old granddaughter was disappointed when she found out that my house was "only" 30 minutes away. She loved it and couldn't wait to tell her friends on Facebook! We used this limo company for our wedding because our hotel and the limo company work together. There were a few positive things to say, but the negative things outweigh the positive . Positive... Limo picked us up on time The drivers were nice Clean limos Let us play music Stocked with water and glasses One guest had to leave early for the airport and they shuttled him back for us. So sweet!! Negative.... They told us that they were upgrading to a party bus and then picked us up in a shuttle. Not at all what we wanted. The driver never showed up to pick up some wedding guests and had the contact info of the people they were picking up and never even called them causing them to miss most of the ceremony. They had other numbers and never let anyone know, they just never showed up to get them. I typed out specific instructions to make this go as smooth as possible and they still acted like they had no clue what was going on. Cars were running late, some people barely made it. Can't control traffic but would have been nice to be informed. The HUGE problem I have is that we paid these limos for 8-10 hours and we were promised they would shuttle guests back to their hotel and home for the night. They did not do this. I asked so many times if this would be okay and was assured it would be fine. Not only was that a huge inconvenience, it cost us more money. I had already paid for a limo shuttle service and had to also pay for uber to take my grandparents home. Not only did they not shuttle people home like we were promised, but they were no where to be found. My mother searched the premises and they were not where they were supposed to be. She walked down to the street and walked to each corner and they were no where to be found. From 7-9:30 they just were not even present at the venue. That is 2.5 hours that they were paid and couldn't even be used. That was a huge disappointment. read more

Wow, API Limousine has left a lasting impression on me. I was able to attend a brew tour (one of the many services they offer) recently here. Located on Enterprise Blvd, there is plenty of parking. No need to worry about petty stuff like your car getting towed or worst, burglarized! The staff and drivers were very professional yet entertaining. They are definitely who you want behind the wheel on your next event especially for a brew tour! As for our transportation, there were two style buses for our large group. One being a luxury style with charging outlets and forward facing seats and the other a party bus with wrap around seating, strobe lights, tvs and a stripper pole. Btw, they have a huge selection of transportations to accommodate any where from 2 to 35 people. I had a great time on the tour and it was all worry free thanks to API Limo drivers. I can't say enough positive things except I will be using these folks again for future events! read more

Wanting to keep my two daughters and their friends safe on prom night, I booked an 8 passenger limo through Ultra Limo, which is API limo. The customer service I received from Susan was prompt, professional and friendly. The driver, Chris, was great, per my daughters and their friends. When he picked them up, he was on time, professional and very friendly. I felt at ease having him drive a limo full of teens to prom and out to eat afterwards. We rented a party bus from API for a concert out in Wheatland. The quality of the bus provided was extraordinary and the driver was so laid back. He knew the back way to the venue so we didn't have to sit in traffic going into the concert. We got there plenty of time early and he was even patient with us as we waited for a few stragglers after the concert. SUCH a great experience. Finally reached someone, who was unprofessional and could not give me a straight answer about my final cost! I became worried! The limo arrived with dirty glasses. Used API limos for our wedding to and from our hotel to our venue. I ordered 2 shuttles, one 10 person shuttle for the bride and some of the wedding party and another larger shuttle for our hotel guests. Drivers were professional and on time. I never got to ride in either but was told both were extremely nice inside. The shuttle that picked up our guest from the hotel left exactly at the designated time so a couple of our guests that were on the way down from lobby got left behind but nothing we could really do about that considering we didn't have a contact person or exact number of riders for that shuttle. (Just slipped our mind with all the wedding day schedules) Otherwise easy to work with and communicate with and would recommend this company. read more

I have used API for two corporate events now and will say they are my go-to travel company. And can someone over there at API please give Susan a raise! She has provided me guidance on best routes to take and which bus or shuttle options to use for the environment. For example, I was coordinating a trip to a forest, and she advised us to use smaller shuttles rather than a big bus in order to navigate narrow roads and tree overhang. Recently, I needed to figure out how to get hundreds of people transported a few blocks away in a very short time and she delivered a proposal that will cut down wait times and also identified logistics such as creating signs and lines to smooth the process on my end of things. She is such a valuable resource and I will continue to use API because of her. read more

T'he vans arrived exactly on time and drove guests back and forth over a 7 hour period. I just want to say API was amazing. I had originally reserved a different limo co. That seemed very sketchy and I felt as if I was going to be scammed. So a few weeks before the quinceanera I called API and they were really helpful, I was able to go see their limos and buses before making a contract (hestitant because of the prior company). The driver Gregorio was also great, he was on time and very professional, dealing with 18 teenagers is not easy and he did a great job, all the kids thought he was funny and even took them to Starbucks. We have taken a girls weekend in Napa and used Jesse with API Limo Service for each of the last two years. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience has been. Just when you think Jesse has thought of everything he can do to make the day perfect, he does even more! We had an itinerary planned out but he checked in with wineries and restaurants to make sure they were set up for us, he brought a tablecloth for our picnics, he even went to get coffee for us while we were visiting one winery and someone mentioned they needed a bit of caffeine. One friend had a knee injury and he went and got her a knee brace!! I don't even need to mention (do I?) that of course the limo was well stocked with bottled water on ice, and breath mints.
