Stopped by after work to satisfy my paratha craving today. The guy who took my order was super friendly and generous. Appreciated his offer of complimentary chai, which was delicious! I ordered a paneer paratha, gobi paratha, and mango lassi! All to go but they do have tables set up for eating there. I think the food would've been (even) better had I opted to eat there, as the guy had suggested, but nonetheless, it was quite good and a big portion of each paratha! I will say tho that I felt they were a tad bit salty so I couldn't eat as much of it but it's not overwhelming and food was still enjoyable. Incredible parathas and that's not where it stops! I've tried both the Aloo and Gobi (cauliflower) paratha and was incredibly fond of them. Paneer next time. People seem to love the Muli (Raddish) paratha as well. I'd have liked to have them fresh and hot in person, I ended up doing takeout which isn't ideal for parathas. They come with Raita and achar (pickle) btw. I also had the paneer tikka and soya chaap (Achari) dry and was more fond of the soya chaap than the Paneer tikka, which was a tad try and could've been slightly more moist. Would've loved to have a soya chaap with less cream or no cream though, the Achari has heavy cream as well. They do make your order very fresh so it takes 20+ min and I had to wait a bit after reaching there both times I picked up. It was more than a few minutes beyond the expected wait time and was a tad frustrating so I hope they can get better at that. They are really busy though. They offered complimentary chai both times which was great, while I waited.. I think it comes with the Paratha. Quite a few people were also having the unlimited chole bhature on Sundays. . I love my Rumali roti and can't believe I haven't had it here so far because you don't see its available in most Indian restaurants here. So next time, the Rumali roti for sure! read more

We went for Saturday lunch. Sign is not clear if it is closed or open. I was about to exit the parking lot assuming its closed. But gentleman came out of the truck and waved saying "We are open". We are so glad he did that. We experienced one of the best Indian food. Very friendly service and good portion. We ordered sarson ka sang and roti, paneer paratha. We are so glad we discovered Apni Royal Kitchen. The service is fantastic and comes from the heart. The food truck has a seating area next to it and we often get perks with our meal. The chole bhature are very good and so are the parathas, all served in generous quantities. My favorite item is the sarson ka saag with makke di roti. When we placed a catering order with Apni Royal Kitchen for a small group, they went out of their way to accommodate us, and delivered the food on time and as promised.
