They were happy to make a reservation for us as well. For me personally, I ordered the Butter Naan & Chicken Tikka Masala. A few days late on this review. I came on a Thursday lunch. There were only about 5 tables of customers which shouldn't be the case because it's pretty good food here. My favorite is the goat curry and everything is else is good to standard. Food (4.5 stars) + Goat curry is rich in flavor and has that hint of gaminess. I can keep coming back here just for this dish. + Chicken curry although simple is also very flavorful here. Found out this restaurant opened a week ago, so wanted to try it based on all the good reviews. Started off with the Paneer Tikka, which was so soft and nice, and the Stuffed Mushroom Tikka, which was made so well and was tasty. What really caught my eye on the menu was the Lychee Paneer Korma. Tried Buffet Lunch on a weekend at Raunak today and it was a fantastic spread of both veg n non vegetarian dishes. I even asked the chef for their famous mushroom tandoor and they were sweet enough to serve me a plate. It was so flavourful and moist. Their service was quick. The restaurant is very classy and cozy at the same time. They have elite decor. Masala chaas & lassi was awesome. They had dahi bhalla chaat which had a great taste. Along with a chai and lassi the total came out to be $80 and the food was enough for two people (and some leftovers). The food was a hit across the board. The seekh was flavorful and well cooked, mushrooms had a nice tangy masala and the stuffing had cheese green peppers. Usually mushroom apps are quite blah but this one had a nice desi pizza like taste. The fish could have used a little more crispness but was decent, and they had fresh mooli (radish) and nice green chutney as accompaniment. The paneer lababdar was excellent, super soft paneer, subtle but rich gravy on the medium heat level. The chai came in a nice big cup and was made fresh with cardamom. The restaurant is new, has comfy chairs, upscale decor, although it's located right by a road and the area is a bit unassuming. We felt like there were too many tables on the inside making it look a bit crowded with furniture. The bullet naan that was good on the prior two visits was too salty and a bit burnt this time around. The garlic naan (our first time trying it) was ok.
