i bought a whirlpool washer, its giving me a code f8f1. whirlpool requested apollo to come put in a pump in my machine. The worker that was supposed to come said he came to my house and put in the pump. He didnt come to my house, and I cant use the machine. I keep calling apollo and all I am getting is the answering machine saying they gone to lunch. They go to lunch from 9 am until closing time? very unprofessional. I bought this machine 9/7 and cant get to use it. They just lazy, the guy said my washer needs a pump and they will order it. Later on they told me he went out and put in the pump. I had "Rob" from Apollo Appliance come to my residence to perform a repair job on a recently purchased dishwasher. Before he left, this technician not only neglected to reconnect the kitchen sink drain pipe to the basin of the sink, but he broke a piece of the plumbing, causing a major leak under my counter. Several days later, he has refused any and all responsibility for the destruction he's caused in my kitchen. He blamed my plumbing on "rot" and not on the fact that he DISCONNECTED everything and damaged it. Was smug on the phone. Stay Far Away. read more

My dryer wasn't working so I called Apollo Appliance and they were very helpful with everything on the phone and quickly set up a appointment for me for someone to come out and they gave me a call to tell me he was coming and when the man came he was very nice and helpful and finished the job in 10 minutes. Technician came out and discovered a cooling flap was closed - which took less than a minute. He did not charge me for the visit. We had an appointment last week to fix our refrigerator and it didn't work, so we made an appointment for today. Well the appointment was supposed to be between 8 and 11. 11 came and no call. At almost noon we got a call saying he was on his way. I had an appointment that I needed to get to and couldn't be there. If you are given a 3 hour window that appointment should fall in that window. Imo that is unprofessional. read more

Brought washing machine from Lowes. Broke they sub-contracted to Apollo. First guy uses MY towels to wipe grease and black gunk off his hands!!! Doesn't come back for 5 days to put in new part in and a month later same problem. Now it's not under warranty anymore. Will not buy from Lowes again now I know they subcontract to anyone. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I bought a fridge oct, 2012 from lowes it quit working the end of june 2013 (no ice not cooling below 62 degrees and freezer is around 50)so apollo was sent to fix it.. on the day of I get a call an hr before they're supposed to be here and they cancelled on me so I rescheduled.. they finally come and said you'll get a call from someone...I never got a call I call lowes to see why and they call apollo and now they don't know what parts were supposed to be ordered???? It took over a month for them to release what parts I needed.. they said I needed the tracks for my freezer door.. and I will get a call that I never got finally after numerous calls I had to make they find the parts and schedule installation they put them in and still nothing and it was put together wrong so I had to have a different company come and put my door back together right... still not cooling several calls later to lowes I filed a complaint against apollo and said I do not want them back at my house so they schedule me again and here comes apollo.. really?? Fine... just fix it now that I've lost 100s of dollars in food again I hear I need more parts but won't tell me anything except you'll get a call from us 3 more weeks go by and of course no call so I make all the calls just to find out I still have to wait on parts I call lowes again to check and I hear oh apollo was just getting ready to call you.. yeah right so I try to schedule and now they can only do tues and thurs really????? Again whatever just fix it!!! Now I have to wait around the house from 8-5 what kind of window is that???absolutely terrible cust. Service and workmanship but now I have to use them because they ordered parts but once these parts are installed they will not be back in my house for ANYTHING!!!!! Oh and the guy also told me I couldn't use certain features on my fridge... are you kidding me??? DO NOT USE APPOLLO!!!! i called in and had a work order filled out for a faulty dishwasher motor assembly and some other parts on the 4th of the month. They didnt get out to install until the 19th. That was strike one. Then today the technician installed the parts and went to run it and came to the "conclusion" that it is a plumbing related issue being that the valve that connects the Dishwasher feed line to the hot water line to the sink is faulty. in fact he said and i quote "its just trickling out the pipe" indicating that perhaps i needed a plumber to replace and sauter a faulty shutoff valve in. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. i undid the fitting, shut off all the feeds and put an empty water bottle up to the valve output and opened the "faulty valve" it filled up the 20 oz bottle in 2 secs no problem. that is strike 2. the tech tried to tell me it was a plumbing issue so he wouldnt have to do real diagnostic work like pull the unit out and thoroughly inspect all working parts..strike 3 came when i contacted Apollo to tell them that the technician was flat out wrong about the plumbing and that he should have done more extensive diag considering that this is their second trip here. The woman at the desk was very standoff-ish and was basically telling me that they need to order some valve on the back of the unit now cause "that must b the problem". i work in a similar field being a handy man, mechanic and carpenter. I am insulted at the lack of customer service and the amount of time it has taken to diagnose the washing machine and to fix it! SAVE YOUR TIME AND OR MONEY AND LOCATE A GOOD COMPANY THAT IS PUNCTUAL AND EFFICIENT WHEN IT COMES TO DOING THEIR JOB. sincerely, Jim not ur typical pushover customer that can be lied to and or ripped off. read more

Had a repair technician come out to repair my refrigerator which wouldn't stay cold. look in it with a phone camera said it was the fan, opened up the back panel found the fan and placed it back on I paid the $89.00 he left. Next day the refrigerator was even worst. Ice build up and a loud hissing noise when you closed the freezer door. This was the Monday before Thanksgiving. I called the office the next day said someone would be out the following Monday which is today 11/27/17 between 12 and 3pm. The technician arrived at 2:59pm. Both technicians arrived without even giving a courtesy call the day before or on the same day to give an estimate of an arrival when I asked why they gave no courtesy calls this last technician was so RUDE! and said in a very nasty tone oh! did you request one? With his head thrown back in the air. His name was Sean. I will never use this company again they also had no logo on their trucks which represents the company when asked about that he said his had none but the technician before had one, which was a lie! Neither had one, so unprofessional and both were very rude when I also asked if they were licensed technicians, said they didn't need a license. If I'd just wanted a handyman I'd have used a friend or neighbor. When you are repairing anything electrical or gas uses you hold a license. If I could have given a lower rating than a "1" I would have. No Thanks Apollo. read more
