There IS always a Toma to talk to, or at least one of their incredible customer service reps or two in my case. I was connected to Zak, who is a gift to Toma's Customer Service team. He walked me through what was available in the stackable series they carry, and he found one I might like. His kindness and patience were commendable. I was a mess and would have hung up on me. What I should have done, if I were in better shape, was secure my measurements for the space. Well, here we go--the new washer/dryer was very tall, like the controls are built for a basketball player. Not good if you need a chair to dry the Bean Jeans. I called Zak, who totally understood the issues and put me in touch with Wilfredo. Both installations were done by the same company at first both doors blew off when I contact Home Depot to have the door properly refused telling me it was a result of the wind however I have Furniture on my short porch. I will attach the pictures. Nothing blew off. The only thing blew off was the door twice and I had a door before this storm door purchase never a problem Home Depot will not honor it. They have somebody call me to basically apologize. No follow up as a result. I have no storm door. All the elements are in my house now my utilities go out the door. I am so disappointed. I'm a homeowner in this area and I can't go to my local Home Depot where I spend lots of money to get service that I paid for because they are not in the business of good business. Might I add at this particular Home Depot? I am so disappointed I want my door reinstalled properly. That's what I paid for. It's a storm door. It should not blow off because the wind blows. I don't even wanna go to Home Depot anymore. I would reroute anybody go to Lowe's. Give it another shot. I spent so much money at Home Depot to say that I am disregarded is an understatement. After starring at Harvard tried out with the Patriots! He opened up his garden shop in '81. They have a really beautiful nursery on Central Street not too far from Cobbs corner. The plants are always high quality. I have never been disappointed. Occasionally I'll stop in when I am driving by and always find something cool, pretty and priced right. All the other reviewers are spot on with their assessment of service. It's super friendly, the staff is knowledgeable, and always willing to carry your purchase to the car if need be. I've also had good success with Polillio's label sun and shade grass seed and the neighborhood birds love the bird seeds. Last year I bought 3 different types of tomato plants a little later than usual, so they were marked down to bargain price. I had so many tomatoes I thought about making my own Ketchup! Forget about Lowes and Home Depot this is where to go to get "Proven Winners".
