Small wine bar with an upscale atmosphere. My wife and I had the pleasure of trying the wine bar a few weeks back as we heard about it from our friends. We were just going to take a look inside and ended up have a glass of wine which we really enjoyed. We decided to go back the other night with some friends and we were so happy we did. For being a small place they have an amazing wine selection. The staff and owners are unbelievably nice and very knowledgeable on ever wine, where they come from, how there made and how they taste. Not only was the wine we had delicious, but the food was so good as well. We started with the Goat and pig flatbread, the Irish meat board and the Brie with pistachios and strawberries. I have to say WOW. Very taken aside by the portion, quality and presentation. Top on my list was the goat and pig flatbread. Paper thin crust covered in shaved prosciutto and goat cheese with arugula and balsamic glaze. So so good. This will definitely be a regular spot for us. Another plus was the live music. If you don't like wine they have a nice beer and can mixed drink selection. Truly what Apollo Beach needed. The wine bar definitely set the bar high for other places to contend with. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but I wasn't impressed. We stopped on a Wednesday evening and it was fairly empty, but the acoustics are terrible. It was so hard to talk or even hear the server and I don't even remember there being any music. The inside is very cute, although tables are close. There is a small bar and many tables and some couches. There is outside patio seating as well. There was only one person working the entire area, and he did a fairly good job. The wine list is extensive and they also have beer. We thought it would be fun to do flights, but that was our mistake. The pours were extremely small and in the end, we would have been better off getting glasses of wine to enjoy. The wines we had were OK, but nothing that made me take notice of the label so that I could order them again. There is a small plate menu, and we opted for the small cheese plate. It was a decent variety, and came with cashews, raisins, olives, artichoke hearts, and chocolate covered almonds. For what we had, I think the $80 price tag, which included a tip, was a bit much. read more

They had a wine tasting event which we didn't know about so it was interesting to just be spectators. We did the wine sampler & a meat and cheese board. Atmosphere - Nice, but crowded. Although fairly small (there is seating for roughly 30 patrons), the place has a cool vibe. There is a small bar and wine racks on the surrounding walls. Service - Very Good. We were greeted by the owner and he was very welcoming and helpful. Despite covering the tables by himself, we never had to ask for anything. Wine - Good. We were two couples and we each chose the wine sampler. My selection included a sparkling wine and 4 reds. Each pour was around 4 ounces. The reds were somewhat varied and all were decent, but not great wines. Food - Very Good. I shared charcuterie board with my wife, which very good but modest in portion size. Overall Value - Good. I was very much looking forward to this and perhaps I expected too much. The wine and food were decent. However, at $20-25 per tasting and $20 for the cheese board for small portions and good, but not great food and wine, it was a bit of a letdown for me. Note - I do not want to give up on this place, as I love wine and want to support small businesses. My plan is to return and order wine by the glass (which looked like decent pours) and one of the sandwiches. I believe that this will be a much better value read more

Went here yesterday at 520. No event listed on their FB page. We get there they charge us demanding to know if we had a reservation. Of course not. Why would we. They say we have an event. I say not in ur website. They say you can only stay if we sit outside. Apparently we are second class citizens. Btw I have numerous DM with the owners in which they say they love walk ins Well only if you want to sit outside in 100 degree heat. This is exactly why we stopped coming here. We had a lovely time. The ambience is spectacular and the service is on par. The three ladies working were very attentive and personable. I enjoyed a glass of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. My sister had a glass of Shiraz. We also ordered the Goat and Pig Flatbread pizza which had Fig, Prosciutto, and Goat Cheese. It was really good. The wine list was very good in my opinion, and the food was typical of a wine bar - good snacks and light tapas. The beer selection looked decent too, though I didn't peruse. Went there last night after hearing how so many of my neighbors loved it! I chose a wine flight and was told that they each started with an extra sparking wine and enjoyed the way each wine was explained to me. They have soooo many varieties of wines that it was hard to choose but my server helped me choose as she was very knowledgeable. I also had Brie covered with a bit of honey served with crackers and jams (photo attached) and the Mediterranean Sampler Platter (sorry it looked so good that I dug in before taking a photo).
