Stopped here before our brunch reservation for a morning cocktail. We had the OE mimosa and the South Tampa Streetcar. Both were incredible. Service was awesome and bartenders rocked. Great place to wait for your table or just chill.
This was an amazing find. We bought books from the bookshop in Oxford Exchange and then got champagne cocktails. The seating is really comfortable and you're able to sit and read your new book while you sip your cocktail. The service was wonderful. The bar tender was lovely and very helpful.
This is tucked away in the Oxford Exchange and it's bougie and elegant (and expensive)! The atmosphere is extremely classy and the servers were respectful and knowledgeable. All the drinks were $18 - I got the Rifle Paper Co. Punch and my friend got the Passion in the afternoon. Both were delicious and beautiful in presentation! We also got some shareable plates. The tuna dip and the deviled eggs. Both were okay and overpriced but you're in downtown Tampa so it just comes with the territory
Yes, "The Champagne Bar" is as magical as the name may suggest. It's also just about what you'd think- a cutesy little bar that serves primarily champagne and a few other cocktail drinks. The Champagne Bar is tucked inside the Oxford Exchange. It's a great stop while you're waiting on your reservation at the restaurant inside (you do need a rez for it) or just to walk around and shop in the several gift areas. They do have their own seating but it's a couple small tables that can fill up quickly. For being such a small bar they had a decent menu of drinks. Every one we tried was really quite good, and mixed well. The bar tenders were super nice and very sincere in telling us what drinks were still available and if they had run out of anything. Do expect the drink prices to be on the higher side- this is basically in downtown Tampa and is a specialty cocktail bar only serving drinks. So, yeah they jack their prices some but it's good quality at least. This mini bar is just the cutest and the sweetest! Let's pop some champagne!

Very elegant and intimate space located within the Oxford Exchange. We decided to check it out on our way back from brunch. The passion in the afternoon cocktail was perfect ! I will definitely be back to try others. The lone mixologist was knowledgeable and friendly, providing top notch service. We didn't stay long, but thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Next time I'd like to visit the restaurant for brunch or high tea. 10/10
I have been to The Champagne Bar many times both for a quick drink while waiting on a table at Oxford Exchange or just a place to relax and catchup with friends. That's why I love the location because it's open. You can walk right in, get your drink, leave, walk around, or stay and enjoy the ambiance - which is gorgeous by the way. The drinks are amazing. They make the classics as well as some with an interesting twist. If you like champagne cocktails as well as beautiful ambiances for some instagrammable photos, this is the place for you.

What a fantastic, adorable little spot! I was recently in town for conference and used some free time to stop by the Oxford Exchange and the Champagne Bar! My friend and I were easily about to find free street parking and were quickly inside to explore. You order at the bar and then there is a small seating area - we were there on a early Saturday afternoon and were lucky to grab seats when another party got up. We ordered two different cocktails at the bar - one was peach flavored and had raspberry sorbet in it - and also shared the whipped feta. The app was delicious - the naan came out warm and the feta was so flavorful. We also both enjoyed our cocktails. If I were a local, I would totally be a regular at this adorable location and, if I had more time, I would have tried the champagne flight!

You can get your drink and browse the other areas in Oxford Exchange. I waited in line looking over the menu. They offer many different cocktails with champagne. When it was my turn I approached the bar but got over looked twice. No one acknowledged me. When I was finally able to get someone's attention, I ordered the Champagne Cocktail. A nice mix of cognac and champagne. The drink was good and strong.
During our visit to Oxford Exchange we ordered a drink from The Champagne Bar. My fiancé and I are getting married this month and we just came from the courthouse with our marriage license! A celebration was in order! Our server took our drink order and suggested a mimosa. There was a house mimosa and then there was the OE Grand Mimosa. It sounded bougie and it was $12 a drink but we splurged. This mimosa was made with Grand Marnier, fresh Florida Orange juice and Etoile Brut champagne. It was served in delicate, fancy, long-stem glasses. The garnish of a small orange floating on top. It looked amazing and tasted even better. It was smooth and tangy. It did not taste too much of champagne. It was balanced and executed with precision. We thoroughly enjoyed the drink. The champagne bar offers around 6 signature drinks. If you're not careful, you can end up with an empty bank account and a decent buzz.
I'm in love. This bar is perfectly girly- pink crystal chandelier, beautiful, brightly saturated colors including the most lovely floral arrangement I've seen in awhile. Yes, I touched it. Special stemware, dapper barkeeps, champagne COCKTAILS! I could go on and on. As I visitor to the city, Im v impressed. It's a small corner of OE, but lovely just the same. You all should consider expanding, you'd make a killing!

This is such a cute, cozy, photo op oriented spot! Nestled right outside of Oxford exchange, you're able to keep the vibes going after brunch or lunch! The servers are knowledgeable, attentive, and know how to make a damn good cocktail! I definitely recommend stopping by for a few drinks and photos before you leave! read more
No wait and the bartender was super sweet in listening to what I liked and created a specialty drink based of that!! It was spectacular and the price was not too bad for the quantity of champagne you get! It's the Oxford exchange so the ambience was amazing! read more

ORDERED - OE grand mimosa [$12] | OE really knows how to make a mimosa! perfectly concocted and highly recommend 5/5 - passion in the afternoon [$13] | crush up the sorbet and mix it with the rose and this cocktail is magnifique! 5/5 STAFF the posh bartenders here were all kind, polite and really know how to make a cocktail... made me almost want to marry one of them. SEATING AREA there are a couple of chairs in the area surrounding the bar itself and a couple communal seating areas throughout the building that is shared with the other shops (buddy brew and tebella tea company). if you're eating at the oe restaurant, you can always take your drink to the table or order from your table as well. PARKING there's a lot of street parking available and nearby parking lots. we went around 3pm and didn't have any trouble finding street parking. OVERALL if you're waiting for a table at the OE, i 100% recommend getting a glass of bubbly goodness at the champagne bar. the staff are all pleasant and know how to mix up a really delicious cocktail. if you're not feeling cocktail-ey, get a glass of champagne. as for prices, the cocktails are all $12-$13 as of 7/4/21, and a glass of bubbly can range from $9-$50 depending on what you get. read more

I was highly impressed for my first visit at Oxford exchange! Immediately the aesthetic of the Champagne Bar caught my eye! A great place for brunch drinks with your friends or family! However, seating is very limited in the bar area. I would recommend not coming with more than one other person due to lack of room/seats. The taste was delicious and the bartenders were highly attentive. There was a wedding shortly after our arrival, but they were still attentive and polite in waiting on us. The prices were high for a single drink, fortunately they are pretty strong! read more
A really cute and fun little spot tucked away in the Oxford Exchange. As the name suggests, they primarily serve champagne, but also have some cocktails and lite bites. It's a great spot to hang out and sip some champagne, while you wait for your reservation or just because. The Champagne Bar is a fun and relaxing way to spend time with a friend or while waiting for your reservation at the restaurant. It is located in the Oxford Exchange next to the restaurant and shopping area. There is a bar with several seats and a couple of quiet areas across from the bar. The atmosphere felt very girlie with red, pink and teal colors and fabrics. They close everyday by 5pm and offer speciality drinks and champagne. I ordered the Cranberry Spritz ($12.00) and the rest of the group ordered a Rifle Paper Co. Punch ($13.00), Pimms Fizz ($12.00) and the O E Grand Mimosa. ($12.00) The Rifle Paper Co. is made with punch and Etoile Rose Champagne and the Pimms Fizz has Pimms 1, simple syrup and Moët & Chandon Brut Champagne. They were delicious but everyone loved the O E Grand Mimosa the best. It is made with Grand Mariner, Etoile Brut Champagne and orange juice. read more
A group of us came here through the Oxford Exchange to pay this bar a visit. This is located in the gift shop area of the Oxford Exchange. They have two menus. A cocktail menu and a champagne menu. The champagne menu is a bit longer as it's double-sided. One side of the menu had bottles and the other side has glasses/individual drinks. The individual glasses are a bit pricey, so choose wisely if you're on a budget. It's definitely very pretty here and a bit girly, but men are welcome too (it's OK). :-) I would say, it's worth a stop here at least once if you're already in the Oxford exchange and enjoy and alcoholic beverage. There's one or two alcoholic cocktails on the cocktail menu if you're interested in that. The Gentleman at the counter has been very friendly and patient with our large group and willing to answer any questions presented to them. It was worth it! read more
The Champagne Bar is the cutest! I stopped in for a quick midday celebratory champagne toast with a friend on a Wednesday afternoon. The hours kind of suck since they close at 5, but if you're able to make it in, the bar has champagnes and rosé by the glass, champagne cocktails and even flights. There are a couple bar snacks on the menu including chips & olives, whipped feta with nann, smoked salmon with capers and toasted bagels and also a caviar option. The whipped feta plate was astounding! And honestly, the nann it was served with was better than nann I've had at some Indian restaurants. And tho the whipped feta and smoked salmon were both amazing on their own, they were PHENOMENAL when eaten together. My friend called it a "taco" lol. We used the nann, lathered on the feta then topped it with the smoked salmon, capers, pickles and pickled lemon & shallots. Based off the small plates alone, I neeeeed to go back and have a full meal at Oxford Exchange! read more

The Champagne Bar located inside Oxford Exchange is a great spot to visit on its own, Or if you're waiting for a table at the restaurant. I went with a friend who needed to pick up a bottle to go. We decided to stay and get the champagne flight. It is worth it! I was exposed to some refreshing champagne and basically had three classes. The Champagne Bar is cute and has some seating but you can take your drink and walk around too. I got the mojito cocktail with champagne and it's also worth a try. Special shout-out to Tanya who served us and was quick with the recommendations! read more

We stopped by to grab a champagne cocktail and walk around the store. Very convenient and nice to able to walk around with your drink. The cocktails were really well done and made fairly quickly even though the brunch place had a long wait. read more

Excited this quaint space opened in Oxford Exchange. The Champagne Bar has an aged wooden bar, flowers all around, gracious staff & of course a refrigerator filled with champagne. There are specialty cocktails and bottles available for purchase. I suggestion is the Champagne Cocktail a concoction with Courvoisier Cogac, Angostura Bitters & Brut Champagne, VERY TASTY & VERY POTENT. I highly recommend paying them a visit. Cheers! read more
