It's a great stop while you're waiting on your reservation at the restaurant inside (you do need a rez for it) or just to walk around and shop in the several gift areas. They do have their own seating but it's a couple small tables that can fill up quickly. For being such a small bar they had a decent menu of drinks. Every one we tried was really quite good, and mixed well. The bar tenders were super nice and very sincere in telling us what drinks were still available and if they had run out of anything. Do expect the drink prices to be on the higher side- this is basically in downtown Tampa and is a specialty cocktail bar only serving drinks. So, yeah they jack their prices some but it's good quality at least. This mini bar is just the cutest and the sweetest! Let's pop some champagne! read more

What a fantastic, adorable little spot! I was recently in town for conference and used some free time to stop by the Oxford Exchange and the Champagne Bar! My friend and I were easily about to find free street parking and were quickly inside to explore. You order at the bar and then there is a small seating area - we were there on a early Saturday afternoon and were lucky to grab seats when another party got up. We ordered two different cocktails at the bar - one was peach flavored and had raspberry sorbet in it - and also shared the whipped feta. The app was delicious - the naan came out warm and the feta was so flavorful. We also both enjoyed our cocktails. It sounded bougie and it was $12 a drink but we splurged. This mimosa was made with Grand Marnier, fresh Florida Orange juice and Etoile Brut champagne. It was served in delicate, fancy, long-stem glasses. The garnish of a small orange floating on top. It looked amazing and tasted even better. It was smooth and tangy. It did not taste too much of champagne. It was balanced and executed with precision. We thoroughly enjoyed the drink. The champagne bar offers around 6 signature drinks. PARKING there's a lot of street parking available and nearby parking lots. we went around 3pm and didn't have any trouble finding street parking. OVERALL if you're waiting for a table at the OE, i 100% recommend getting a glass of bubbly goodness at the champagne bar. the staff are all pleasant and know how to mix up a really delicious cocktail. if you're not feeling cocktail-ey, get a glass of champagne. as for prices, the cocktails are all $12-$13 as of 7/4/21, and a glass of bubbly can range from $9-$50 depending on what you get. read more

However, seating is very limited in the bar area. I would recommend not coming with more than one other person due to lack of room/seats. A group of us came here through the Oxford Exchange to pay this bar a visit. This is located in the gift shop area of the Oxford Exchange. They have two menus. A cocktail menu and a champagne menu. The champagne menu is a bit longer as it's double-sided. One side of the menu had bottles and the other side has glasses/individual drinks. The individual glasses are a bit pricey, so choose wisely if you're on a budget. It's definitely very pretty here and a bit girly, but men are welcome too (it's OK). :-) I would say, it's worth a stop here at least once if you're already in the Oxford exchange and enjoy and alcoholic beverage. There's one or two alcoholic cocktails on the cocktail menu if you're interested in that. The hours kind of suck since they close at 5, but if you're able to make it in, the bar has champagnes and rosé by the glass, champagne cocktails and even flights. There are a couple bar snacks on the menu including chips & olives, whipped feta with nann, smoked salmon with capers and toasted bagels and also a caviar option. The whipped feta plate was astounding! And honestly, the nann it was served with was better than nann I've had at some Indian restaurants. And tho the whipped feta and smoked salmon were both amazing on their own, they were PHENOMENAL when eaten together. My friend called it a "taco" lol. We used the nann, lathered on the feta then topped it with the smoked salmon, capers, pickles and pickled lemon & shallots. Really pretty addition to the already existing beautiful Oxford Exchange. Super duper overpriced for some of the champagne. 1 glass of Veuve is $39, that is the price I pay for a bottle! Love the decor at the champagne bar and pretty seating area. My friend isn't able to drink champagne so she couldn't order anything at this bar, she ordered at our lunch table within the restaurant. I'd recommend having a red or white wine here to offer in the event a customer can't drink champagne/bubbly. Parking is a BIG struggle in this area. I realized I haven't been to Oxford Exchange in about 1 1/2 years since the parking is such a pain-we avoid this place even though we love it. Service was great at lunch, and so was the food! There are specialty cocktails and bottles available for purchase.
