I searched for a long time before buying a hot tub. Tracey was great keeping me up to date on shipping and any delays related to COVID and supply chain issues. She answered all my questions before I ever spent any money. She helped us with chemicals and setting up the spa. When we had an issue with the spa Mike came out and helped get it going. He explained everything that he was doing and told me what to look out for in the future. He was here for the delivery and remembered meeting our family. They have explained everything to us and given us advice to keep the spa running great. Matt called us back on a holiday when we were having issues with the hot tub. Apollo pools staff are absolute life savers. They are extremely knowledgeable and great at what they do. We are relatively new pool owners and were at a loss when we had weak water pressure and an algae problem in our pool. We tried everything possible and watched every video we could find online. When Nigel from Apollo came out to us the day after we gave up and called them, he recognized our issues right away and solved them all. He was extremely polite and showed genuine concern as he wanted us to follow up and call in to let him know how we made out with the solutions he offered. The staff at the store are awesome too as they are great with testing your water and telling you what you need. read more

I just had a pool installed, and the install crew was awesome. Unfortunately when my mother called them today about a screw up on there end. The person in the office raised there Voice and swore at my 60+ year old mother, basically telling her to go F herself. Seems like once they have been paid, all customer service and human decency goes out the window. I was going to get all my chemicals and service done by them, but now I'm looking for a new company that won't teat people like dirt. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Staying away from this company, if you don't want to be treated like crap after your check clears. read more

I thankfully found this place through a hot tub forum when I was doing some research on different brands. I almost jumped the gun and over paid for a spa at a different dealer who is very well known in our area. After talking to the owner of Apollo, Matt, I learned a lot about what to look for in a spa and that I should try them out before I buy one. He was a zero pressure salesman and I never felt like he was trying to push his brands on me over another. He even ordered several hot tubs for me to try in the colors I wanted. No one else would do this as others were pushing what they had in stock. I found the perfect Marquis tub and have been enjoying it for several months now As for ongoing service, Matt and his employees are top notch. Whether it is people in his store or those that come out to do installs/service, the service is great. Very friendly and full on knowledge. You can tell Matt trains them to know their stuff. I actually had a small issue with my cover and Matt came out to look at it and then contacted the company who makes it. They sent out a new cover with zero issues. That type of service should be expected of any company but sadly is missing from most these days. It's nice to have a company like Apollo still treating customers properly! I would highly recommend Apollo for either a hot tub or a pool. read more

I was so impressed with the staff at Apollo Pool and Spa. There were many reasons for this. They were experienced and helpful in my process of deciding which spa to buy. They are not hard sell so you can shop without pressure, unlike ThermoSpa who I was also dealing with. They are extremely customer oriented and worked around my schedule in the site evaluation, delivery and set up visits as well as in store consults. I found good value in their price, especially considering the length of the warranty. Once I made the purchase, they were just as attentive in the delivery and set up. The delivery was complex and required a crane which Matt subcontracted. The set up was a breeze because Mike came out and answered all questions about operation and maintenance. In short , my opinion is they are tremendous and highly recommended! read more

We have used Apollo for opening and closing for about a year and it was fine with the exception of our ladder breaking last year but we just put it on ourselves this year. I just discovered the sand under my liner is caving in and called for service. I have never been treated so poorly by any company, I was trying to explain the situation and the woman on the phone told me late June for service and was condescending and rude as if I was wasting her time with my nonsense. She mentioned she did not know what I wanted from them ... and when I said so you just do pool openings and closings? She said we don't do leak detection or patches we can replace liners but again I'm not sure what you want from us. I said ok well maybe I should re-asses who we use for pool service and she said "that would be great". I will not be using them again. My pool could collapse and this business we are an established customer with not only would not offer any assistance, agreed I should find another pool service. I'm still shocked. read more
