We started with drinks. My husband ordered the blueberry wheat beer and it was incredibly smooth. You could actually taste the blueberry without it being overpowering, which I loved (and I'm not even a beer drinker) For food, we kicked things off with the spinach and artichoke dip (always a good test) and it did not disappoint. Then we had the smoked Gouda bacon jam sliders. The flavors were perfect. The crab rangoons were next and honestly tasted super fresh, unlike any rangoon we've had before. We also ordered the sirloin empanadas and those were another hit. I wish I could eat all those items everyday because of how good they were For dessert, we wanted to try a bunch. The dessert servings are definitely shareable between 2+ people depending what you order. The princess buttercup cake was the perfect balance of rich cake with light, fluffy buttercream. Not overly sweet, just right. We also got the cookies & milk to go with the chocolate raspberry torte and wow!! The torte was light, layered nicely and had fresh raspberries in between. It wasn't heavy at all which is what you'd expect from a rich cake. Literally zero complaints. Everything from the service to the drinks to every single dish checked all the boxes. It's honestly one of the best restaurant experiences we've had in a while. We'll absolutely be back when we visit Asheville again!

Since we were a large group, we were quickly ushered into a back room. It felt like something out of a movie with the clandestine room, cozy atmosphere and low light ambiance. We had a private hostess who did a great job serving our party of 15. We ordered the tiramisu, my husbands favorite dessert. It was delicious and had a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. In fact, everyone's dessert was delicious across the board. I suppose with a name like Crave Dessert Bar, you have to get that right! For note, the desserts are pricey at $15-20 a pop.

We were a group of friends and ordered a couple of orders of chili chicken )my favorite of the night), garlic shrimp, wings and some sweet potato fries for starters. My vegetarian friends ordered Paneer and I heard it was good. The reason I backed off to 4 on 5 was their beer collection. I recommend they improve their beer collection and my love for the Indo - Chinese cuisine will keep bringing me back. It is considered an elite lounge for the area and I would call it $$$. (I still think it is worth the buck).

There are no matts behind the bar for the tenders to stand on, I already have knee problems and if I fall because they don't care enough to provide standard slip protection, along with Management sexually harrassing me every 8 minutes, it might just be my bar n grill by the time its over. The karoke is the worst part, we have to pretend like we enjoy that bs, in hopes whoever is up there thinking they can sing, get blasted enough to tip well when they pay their tab, because if you wonder why your server is being a bitch, its because they dont pay enough to live on much less put up with all the bs that comes with it.

Wanting to be considerate of the staff, I called ahead to see if we could place an order in advance without causing them to stay open longer than necessary. Alecia, the restaurant manager, handled the call with both professionalism and thoughtful attention. After asking about our expected arrival time, she explained that she would time the preparation of the order so the food would be served hot and at its best quality when we arrived. She also informed us that Zack in the bar would assist us since the bar remained open later. Her approach reflected a clear commitment to both customer service and the integrity of their dining experience. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as described. Alecia ensured our order was ready and confirmed that Zack would take care of us going forward. Both Alecia and Zack were courteous, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the interaction. Their efforts stood out in a time when exceptional service can feel uncommon. I would confidently recommend The Carnegie Hotel and Wellington's to others based on the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by their staff.

We've ordered room service and I've also eaten at the bar. The bar has Great ambience with a fireplace and very nice architectural features. It also has tables where you can sit and eat. As for the food, the breakfast is good , for dinner, the Pork chop is phenomenal, the airline chicken is very, very good, but the deconstructed Wellington was disappointing. Burger is pretty good too. Friendly and helpful staff. I love this hotel.

Very nicely decorated and comfortable seating options. There are tables, a lounge area with couches, and a bar. They also have pianos for live music and other events that they host. Super cute decor - especially the pigeon pics! The name is awesome!! Great vibes here. Okay, service. Spectacular! Absolutely lovely and knowledgeable of all drinks. They have an extensive bar and he knows how to make a great drink. Very friendly and kind. The cocktails- Wowzer! Always awesome to find a good place that serves ELEVATED cocktails. Great thought and time was put into the flavor profiles and presentation of these drinks. The glasses, ice, garnish - all on point. Superior! We ordered 5 different drinks. One was called Girl Dinner which was fabulous. Also had an Old Fashion, Manhattan, and a cognac/mead drink that I can't remember the name. All were tasty. Well executed. Flavor profiles were great. We did order the dip smaller and boy was that tasty too. The feta dip was amazing. The pitas were warm and nice crusty bread for dipping. The price is beyond reasonable for the portion and quality. We would have stayed all day here if we could. This place is awesome. Highly recommend. Once you go, you will be back. You will also sing like a canary (or pigeon) to let everyone know. Just fantastic.
