    Peach smash bourbon. Delicious!

We really enjoy this place. Although we did not eat there, we tried a few drinks and also their free samples. Some really good and different vodkas and Bourbons. Situated in the charming historic town of Jonesborough Tennessee, right next to the train tracks.

What a fun place!! No food though, only BYO or they do food trucks. We got free shots when a train went bye! It's a Beautiful Establishment! Fun Times :)

Had an amazing time visiting Tennessee Hills Distillery. I went with a group and we joined a tasting in session. The tasters and Cameron, our amazing tasting guide, quickly brought us up to speed. I was amazed at the number of tasting options available. Cameron gave an amazing tour. He was thorough, funny, and offered us several options on how to enjoy the alcohol. I had quite a few favorites-the oatmeal was amazing! I could definitely see that being used for a boozy oatmeal pie dessert. I'm not normally a fan of liqueurs but they had 2 amazing ones. Would definitely visit again and would encourage anyone in the area to give it a try.

Bristol location bar/ restaurant area! View of the hills!

The staff and bourbon tour and tasting was amazing! Love the different varieties of their line up from the tasting room. Ambience was great and loved the southern hospitality. Will definitely come back again for a "boot-leg" run.

A fun experience with Cameron, our very knowledgeable host for our free tastings and tour of the distillery! Got to have small samples of several yummy flavors. To top it off, he gave us a short tour of how it's made.

Can I give it 10 stars? Y'all I have been to a LOT of distilleries. 10 stars here for sure. Go see Matt (or as his nametag says.. Matthew), for a guided tasting and Jahlil for a cocktail. And go meet Purple Jesus! You need Purple Jesus in your life!

We loved the tasting. From lavender to lemon there was so much to try. We got the minis as souvenirs. My favorite was the oatmeal. I'd suggest doing the lemon in the summertime. I can appreciate that several can be enjoyed on the rocks. I hope to return soon

Truly a rustic experience in this historic community. A great place for history buffs and whisky fans to converge. Well worth the detour on your roadtrip. Noah was a fun tasting server. I was surprised how many flavors they offered. He also offered pairing suggestions we plan to try when we get home. The attached bar has plenty of mixed cocktails on the menu, plan to try more than one.

Tennessee Hills Distillery not only makes great bourbon, but vodkas, creme liquors and ryes as well! Will many options and flavor profiles to choose from, you're sure to find something pleasing! My favorites were the banana nut bread crème liquor as well as the lavender lemon, lemon drop and dark roast! The staff were great although there were only two of them. One running tastings and the other running the entire bar side. The tastings are free and usually take around 25-30 min to complete. The ambiance was very welcoming, the store side had other merchandise for sale that was high quality and super cute. The bar made delicious drinks with their house made liquor. You have to check it out!

This was such a great spot to stop in at, and I wish I had more time to spend there or lived closer to be able to frequent! Both the woman at the tasting counter and the bartender were attentive, helpful and really personable. They have some of the most unique cocktails, and the one I tried was delish! Definitely will pop in if ever back in the area.

Always the best when I stop in. Love, love, love the Pineapple Upside Cake Rum & I always get a few bottles for friends. The place is growing & I love that he has partners that are increasing the business. Prices are a lot higher but I guess that's business. Service was spot on & a tasting was going on while I was there. Nice ambience. Some folks were working in the back & were very focused but not noisy. New flavors were different!! Ginger bourbon?! My friend loved it, me not so much. Always the hot sauce is spot on. They still cannot ship which is an unfortunate incident. Hopefully soon!

So many good ones to pick from. We bought quite a few bottle's. Some of the creams and the bourbon.

I was traveling with my dog, who was a bit on edge from the long road trip and barked sporadically whenever people left the restaurant. Despite this, Aiden, my server, welcomed us with genuine kindness and patience. He was gracious, attentive, and completely unfazed by my dog's nerves, which made an already difficult day feel a little lighter. Because I was dining with my dog, I waited outside until the owner noticed me through the glass door. He immediately came out, warmly apologized for not seeing me sooner, and made sure we were comfortable. The apology was unnecessary -- if anything, it was definitely too cold to be dining outdoors, but I had no other option. Their hospitality made all the difference. As someone who lives in Atlanta, has dined at many excellent restaurants, and even wrote food reviews early in my career, I was genuinely blown away by the quality of the food. The wedge salad at The Red Fork is, without exaggeration, the best I have ever had. The fresh herbs, homemade dressing, and the addition of pickled onions created a layered, unexpected, and absolutely delicious flavor profile. I also loved the whipped pimento cheese served with what appeared to be homemade crackers and locally sourced chowchow. It was delightful -- one of those memorable bites you think about later. Their beer selection is also thoughtfully curated, representing a well‑balanced mix of local and regional craft brews -- IPAs, sours, lagers, and more. It's clear that care goes into every detail of the menu and beverage offerings, all locally sourced and seasonally influenced. I honestly can't believe such an outstanding restaurant exists in my hometown Tri‑Cities area. Between the exceptional food, the warm hospitality from both Aiden and the owner, and the overall welcoming atmosphere, The Red Fork provided the perfect end to a long and emotional day of travel. I will absolutely return, and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through or living nearby.

It was our first time dining here, and it exceeded every expectation. Because of the summer heat, our company had only packed casual clothes. Even though it's a high-end, upscale steakhouse, we were treated with total warmth and hospitality--our attire was never an issue. When rain cut our walk through town short, we arrived an hour ahead of our reservation, but the host team graciously seated us without a hitch. The real star of our evening, however, was our waiter, Jayden. Simply put, Jayden was exceptional. From the moment we sat down until we walked out the door, he made us feel like the only table in the entire restaurant. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond at every turn. Every part of the meal was outstanding--from the expertly crafted drinks to the delicious prime rib dinner and dessert. We even ended up bringing home a bottle of their exclusive bourbon! To top off an already perfect night, Jayden helped us celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary (which we hadn't even mentioned beforehand) with a wonderful, thoughtful touch. Outstanding food, incredible atmosphere, and world-class service. We highly recommend Jackson's Prime, and we will definitely be asking for Jayden on our next visit.
