    What a joke store . About 50 employees and I have to schedule an appointment to check my phone. Will never stop by there again.

And they still didn't transfer phone numbers . And it was only 2 weeks of connected internet . I told him hell no you need to get your shit straight . Totally blowing off what I was trying to explain to them that I'm not paying for a month and only having half the service for not even 2 weeks . I told him I ain't doing it they turn around put it up another $100 when I tried calling back the automated system said I have to pay minimum of 185 that goes 235 for 2 weeks of service, correction half service . Told the rep I want to talk to his manager because I've been loyal that's got to mean something . Demand you got on the phone about 2 seconds of speaking not even escalated they hung up . They called me back hung up again didn't even get a chance to say anything . T-Mobile as I knew it turned into manipulative lying receiving scammers. Going right along with all the others that are making everyday miserable with the 500 calls a day making a career out of being losers trying to get over on people for a living . 30 years of having a phone underneath them through their services . 10 Metro bus to T-Mobile . Very very disappointing T-Mobile. You turn into a let down . I hope you fold quick . Please I just shake my head for a rating well less than a star .

    I called and got a quote about some repairs (replacing the screen and LCD array), asked about…read moreappointment vs walk-in. I walked in, dropped off my phone, and picked it up a few hours later. It was only when I was picking it up that they told me that my iPhone would flag the parts they used as being a problem, but that I could just ignore the flags. They did not tell me that I would no longer be able to monitor my battery health. They did not tell me that the replaced screen would have poorer quality. I was irritated that they didn't disclose that until the work was done, but was willing to live with it. I immediately noticed the change in image quality, but I didn't have time to bring it up. I took my phone home... and hours later, there was an apparent defect. There was a single line of pink, glowing vertically across the face of the screen. It came and went... I restarted my phone, but that didn't make a difference. I had to go out of town for work, but planned to bring it back as soon as I was back in town. Unfortunately, less than 48 hours after the repair, my phone began to become less and less usable. One of the corners showed a 1x0.5 inch area of randomly colored screen. The right-most side of the entire screen was completely black, gradually lightening towards the left side. I took it back in and immediately got a prickly response, with them stating that that was clearly damage (and thus, not covered by their warranty). I was flabbergasted, as I started having issues only a few hours after their repairs were completed. I hadn't dropped my phone or done anything that might cause damage. I'd paid ~$250, spent significant time getting it repaired, been accused of damaging my phone, and my phone was now less usable than it had been with the original damage. They consulted with someone elsewhere and begrudgingly told me that they'd replace it again under warranty, despite the fact that "it's clearly damage." They replaced the screen and LCD array. It's been fine since, though the image quality is still significantly lacking. It feels crappy to fork out the money for repairs that feel subpar. It feels crappy to have people strongly imply that you're dishonest and taking advantage of their warranty. It feels crappy to have information about the repairs withheld until they've been completed. I'm glad I can squeeze another year out of my phone, but I won't be back and I won't be recommending this business to anyone.

    Do not go to this store if you want things done right. I tried upgrading today, went without a…read morephone for 4hours so the transfer of service was done properly. They gave me my new phone and rushed me out bc they were near closing. My appointment as at 3pm, they were rushing me out at 6:30 and assured me that my phone transfer was complete. Drove home, no service. Had to drive somewhere with internet to talk to an agent through My Verizon only to be told after another hour and a half this transfer needs to be done in store. So now I have to go in tmw and take a day off to get my phone up and running like normal. I have to take money out of my own pocket to take an extra day off to finish an ordeal that this store was incompetent to complete in a 4 hr window. Pathetic. Don't waste your time here. Just do everything online if you can. I thought I'd be saving time bc I didn't have to mail in my old device blah blah blah. Did not save any steps. I wasted my only day off, have to drive back tmw morning, take time off work, lose out on money before going on a trip and pray it won't take another 4 hrs hours to lead nowhere. Depending on how tmw goes and based on how things went today, I'll most likely have to change service to a new provider. It shouldn't this complicated.

Again, great service without making any profit from it!!!!!! We have always been team Verizon and it's people like him that are the reason.

    First a little background information... I have a spine injury that thankfully allows me to walk…read morebut not very much before it's extremely painful and I can no longer feel my feet or legs. Just prior to walking in I had used up all my "good back" Time in an unsuccessful attempt to buy some thing at Winco. I walked in hot, crabby and in pain. I thought I would be able to get in and out in a snap since it was just a battery for my new phone and I brought the battery with me. I was told it would be about an hour because there were three repairs ahead of me. I knew I wasn't going to be able to make it an hour. I decided to leave knowing that I wouldn't be able to return for quite some time since I'm having my back worked on in a week or so. The employer owner (I don't know which it was) apologized and as I was in my car getting ready to leave he came up and said he called the customer prior to me and they were willing to wait. Talk about going the extra mile! I don't think I have ever had that happen before. So I returned to the store got comfortable waiting for the phone and I don't think it was even five minutes before the battery was in and ready to go. It sure as heck beat the long wait at an Apple Store! Wait. Did I mention Apple store? Well, I have an old phone and have no need of a new one but the Apple store charges more than twice the price and requires you to go through a lot of machinations before they will even work on it. So extra kudos all the way around. Outstanding service. Great price. And the ability to deal with a crabby old lady!
