After discussing different email servers that he thought would provide me with what I wanted, I decided on Proton Plus with no ads which he promptly installed. He fixed my email client that had not for several days delivered my emails to me from my old server. Lastly he helped me find an ethernet over power line product that allowed me to connect to my printer in another room without using WiFi. I took it to cpr Meridian, and they fixed my phone in 2 hours charging me half what Forge Corners did. The CPR tech said, my phone was dirty, no corrosion had been cleaned, and nothing had been touched. Hence it only took a short time to fix, ie clean up the corrosion from the water damage. The response from Forge Corners? "...that's unfortunate..." "...our policy...."

Unfortunately, the overall experience with Verizon has been frustrating. We switched all of our phones from T-Mobile to Verizon in March and were told we'd receive an $800 credit per phone we returned, along with another promotional credit. We returned all phones within the first week, but as of July, we have not received any credits or reimbursement. Although we purchased the phones at a discounted rate, we were told that wouldn't affect the promotion. After calling Verizon multiple times, we were informed we should have received Visa gift cards and that the claim needed to be resubmitted. We did that, but we are still waiting months later with no resolution. The customer service at the store was great, but the follow-through on Verizon's end has been incredibly disappointing. I hope this gets resolved and that Verizon improves communication and consistency for future customers
