I've called to make appointments and been able to secure a time within the hour when they have the open time. I had a very bad experience the first time I got a car from here. However, for some idiotic reason, I decided to give them a second chance. Ohh, did i end up paying for that miscalculation! The salesman that I dealt with was Greg Stern and it seems like he is willing to say anything to get you to come in and see him. I have an extremely tight schedule and had a good offer on a different vehicle. However, when I spoke with Greg, he mentioned some great deals that we would be able to get me if I were to come see him. Of course, when I got there, he refused to talk numbers until I test drive the car! Finally, when we got back, he left me to go get "the information". The numbers he came back with were outrageously higher than what he quoted me originally. The excuses he gave was that the price included student, military, etc.. discounts!!! The worse part, he wouldn't even come close to the online price for the car I was looking for and his excuse this time... that was for a different stock number and they no longer have that in stock. I have purchased 8 cars in my life, this has been BY FAR, the most painful and shady experience I have ever had. The worst dealership I've ever dealt with. My first time there we wanted to order a new Camaro for the wife , salesman told us we couldn't and that they had some on the lot or they could trade for one (Total lie went to another dealer and the camaro was ordered that day and deliver when promised) second time went there with daughter for her first new car (Nothing extravagant but not low end either) the salesman showed us a used car (We wanted new) and had absolutely no interest wasting his time selling a mid priced new car. Third and last time scheduled service for our new camaro online and took a day off for it, received an email the next day that the time wasn't available anymore and to call in, when I called in I'm told I have to reschedule to nine days later and that their online scheduler has been broken for over a year, no apologies nothing. I waited way too long. My appointment was at 4 pm and I waited 45 minutes until someone actually helped me. There were many people just sitting on computers typing stuff up and it seemed everyone wanted to pass it on to the next guy. Then, even though I have a service plan, they charged me. When I protested, the guy who was helping me told me that my service plan ended at 48,000 miles. I told him that it did not because I was never charged before and that it should have been covered because I bought the service plan. After I paid, I was speaking to the cashier and the other person in her office actually looked it up because she felt bad. Finally she found that I was correct. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to call the same guy over to correct the bill and then I had to have them refund my credit card. A 1 hour appointment turned into almost 3. This was sucky. read more

Drove 150+ miles to look at a camaro they had. Was assured that it was in great shape. Arrived to find damage to the front and rear of the car. We aren't talking a little damage we are talking damage to the front and rear where they will need to replace and paint. My estimate was $2,000. Once the plastic is damaged they replace the whole piece. No apology from Ken L. or his clueless used car manager. I would be careful if you go to this place for anything. They just don't care except if you can make them a fast buck. read more

Horrible customer service! Stay away! I financed a 25,000$ car @ 13.5% w 800 down and am paying 415$ per/mo. The kid that sold it promised things he did not come through on & when I tried to push for it they pegged me as a problem customer. Then after the 1st oil change I had a leak & the tech snapped at me for trying to make small talk when he was eating lunch. I had trans problem,screeching brake, both rear turn signals went out & one has a short. They did take care of some of it but gave me attitude as if I was trying to get free stuff from them when I explained my financial situation that I jumped into this car because I had to trade my 05 mustang that I'm still paying off 9 grand between 4 different shops including willbrook ford, which is a whole other story. Then 3 months in my hub locked up & trans lines had to be replaced so I was trying to see if the owner & manager can get me into a cheaper new car w a warranty since I couldn't afford to add it to my payment & figured I can go 6 no w out a problem to save up for a warranty. They never even addressed it so I had to charge another 1100$ now my other rear hub locked up & finally showed them a new sound that was happening they told me I need struts & brakes & rotars & it would cost another 1300$. I talked to the owner who quickly got me rid of me by saying that I was lying because he misunderstood me & rushed to ask the girl in service what was going on and he said our stories didn't match. So he said he would fix the hub & then cut ties w me. I was still waiting to talk w him when I picked up my car last night the girl told me I was banned from the store & now my car is having a new issue w the abs & stabilatrack which is related to their repair cuz those are the 2 service lights that came on. Now she blew me off all day & when I finally spoke w her she said she can't do anything & is not allowed to do business w me & they marked my file so no one there can either. There is so much more to this story, absolutely ridiculous. Shadey,greedy,deceptive people who only care about money & not their customers. STAY AWAY. Terrible customer service. Went two days in a row. Found a vehicle that we really like that could fit in our budget. First when we saw it online the price was almost a thousand dollars lower than it was when we showed up. When we got there we were not really greeted just here are the keys take it for a drive. The sales person tried to get us to take it for the night, so they can get the paperwork together, but I was not doing that since I live almost an hour away. We had a trade, not the greatest trade but a trade none the less, we were told to come back for the appraisal the next day. Again driving over an hour to get there and they didnt even take the keys. Just a quick look at stuff that was already disclosed to them and they came back with their quote. The sales person we talked to this day would not listen to anything we had to say. She would not listen to the fact we told her we had financing and that we were not going to deviate from it at all. She kept saying that there is no way a bank will ever take the offer and that we needed to come up with some money to give them. That was until we told her how much we were already approved for. Once she found out that it wouldn't be a problem her tone changed quick. They do not care about the customer at all and just want the money. Even with all of that they were not willing to budge at all on anything. The deal was broken over $500 on a $40,000 vehicle. So again STAY AWAY find somewhere else. read more

My wife and I had just started looking for a car and this place was our first stop. It ended up being our only stop that day and not for a good reason. I was approached by Greg and the guy would not stop trying to get me to buy a specific car because of it being a "great deal." You know how awful a person and their brand is when the only thing they can do to counter you is to interrupt, talk over you, and trash any other business or opposing viewpoint without attempting to converse. Greg had nothing better to do than waste time with rhetoric and statistics that change from company to company.Also, the guy treated my wife disrespectfully, hardly engaging with her and only trying to speak directly TO me as if I'm the only one that matters in this purchase. I honestly think this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership. read more
