Still waiting on my addendum bill of sale from two days ago, while the effort for the customer stays painfully low. They are not real salesman because they don't care about their customers. On 2/22/2018 I bought the 2006 Cadillac SRX and asked them to not start up the engine right away so I can check the oil. Well, they didn't like that because I'm a woman and they wasn't expecting me to check under the hood. Well, there was no oil in the car and they hadn't taken the vehicle for an oil change. The vehicle needed some work and I was okay with doing a little work but some of the simple things they could've done before my purchase was replaced the brakes, fill up the fluids, give it a oil change, check the power steering, charge the battery. The guy that handled my vehicle was MJ who I thought was a cool guy but turns out he was only trying to feed his family and cared nothing that the vehicle was dangerous to drive. NO BRAKES AND NO POWER STEERING is a killer is what I was dealing with this car. I complained about the power steering and the check engine light within the next 24 hours of purchasing the car. I took in and all they did was put some fluid in it. By the end of the night the steering was hard to drive again. I took it back again and he had the car for few days supposedly to repair and all he did was put a band-aid on it to stop the leak temporarily. and I found that out when I took my car to a trusted mechanic who let me know that the power steering leaks was rigged, pinned up, just jacked up all around where they never fix $#it. For $120 I had the one of the cylinder coils replaced and the leaking power steering line. The car is driving much better like it should've been in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM GALLERY AUTOS, they are bon-a-fide shy-sters.

I can tell when he's serious or getting close to a purchase. He'll have an appointment. He has been loyal to CarMax since 2015. He loves that they do not hold you hostage while searching for financing. The space is lovely and open. There is water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and vending machine snacks. They also have a nice, clean bathroom. Frenchie came to grab us to keep us from waiting too long. A beautiful, older brown-skinned woman with a lot of patience and a good pair of walking shoes. She explained that she is retired and CarMax was effortless to her. We test drove three different cars; Honda Pilot, Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Infiniti QX60. My husband has to feel the car, literally there has to be a connection. I understand because a vehicle is a BIG purchase, so get what you want and be happy.

With inquiring and getting Tyler's advice, she started looking at Subaru's! Another friend of mine recently got a Subaru who is pleased with hers along with one of the other associates there telling us how happy he has been with his Subaru purchase. This purchase took a matter of days because she had a car transported from another location so had to wait for that one to come in. So when I went to get in my car recently and it was hot inside, my entire car reeked of cigarette smoke. I called because surely they'd know if the one previous owner smoked in it. They said they didn't know anything about it and that the car had been detailed. Which, it obviously hadn't been because the mats have grime on them as well. At best they did a light vacuum in the car. So now I get to drop 300$ on shampooing the whole inside of my car (: They didn't change the air filter in the glove compartment and they couldn't even be bothered to fill the tank for me when I bought it.
