Instories take no charge or control what happens at Apple, neither does Apple.

Apple Enables App Subscription Scams -- No Refunds, No Accountability I was charged $129.43 for the "InStories" app through Apple's App Store, which falsely advertised a 7-day free trial. I never even opened or used the app before Apple charged me immediately after download. Despite canceling immediately and submitting multiple refund requests, Apple denied my refunds and refused to take responsibility. The developer of the app said Apple makes all billing and refund decisions, but Apple just shifts blame back to the developer. This bait-and-switch is happening to many users. Just check Apple Support forums, Reddit, and the Better Business Bureau -- there are dozens of complaints about this exact scam. Apple's customer service is unhelpful and evasive, refusing to investigate or refund despite clear evidence of deceptive billing. They profit from these charges but won't protect customers from fraudulent apps on their platform. I'm also suspicious about the legitimacy of this Google Business listing/location for Apple. Large companies like Apple often have multiple or misleading Google profiles, making it difficult for consumers to find the right place to get help or leave feedback. If you're thinking of buying apps or subscriptions through Apple, beware. Apple's platform is allowing scammy apps to bill you unfairly, and they don't offer proper support or refunds. This is a serious consumer protection issue that should be investigated by the FTC and state attorneys general. Just as fake this is , for this account is with 52 reviews, with amount of products they sell all over the world and this being their main address , location, you can see how none of this is authentic. This account probably gets deleted and someone starts a new one over and over again. Not sure why its aloud.

Pretty cool office complex. Visited for a meeting, but toured the different areas of development, meeting spaces, other rooms and displays while meeting with other industry colleagues. They have a store connected for employees and can purchase apple team wear. Kinda near for souvenirs if any one really wants an apple T-shirt or hat.

Apple Business Connect: You're either a Shark, Shark bait, Or Shark s***. Today, Apple takes a MASSIVE bite on Yelp with its release of Apple Business Connect. Some several months now, I've made Apple Maps my go-to for places, both on the map, and for contact info, hours, pictures and RATINGS (!!!) (In case you missed it, you can recently add your own photos to an Apple Maps listings and help the Apple photo service wean itself from the likes of Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable and others -- AND YOUR PHOTOS WILL ALWAYS BE THERE WHEN YOU GO TO THE LISTING under "my photos"; how many times have you wanted to find pics from a restaurant you visited, only to find them buried in hundreds of yelp pics?!) Now, businesses can actively take ownership of their listing "card" and be the source of the info instead of having to submit edits and corrections like us regular community-conscious folks concerned about accuracy, which must then be validated by moderators, and in apple world, no revenue gained by correcting info). The process (as you would expect from Apple) is simple and free. For us users, the experience is elegant and accurate. Now in Wallet, Messages and Maps, the listing cards features the beautiful and accurate content chosen by the owner. Wow. Check out La Colombe Coffee in Fishtown, Philadelphia, PA (my home town!) for an example. HERES HOW. Browse to Apple Business Connect Log-in with the AppleID you use for your business, and in a few simple steps, verify and claim your listing, and then take control of details, header images, logos, hours, list special deals, add reservation options and much much more. Action buttons include Ordering, Reservations, Tickets, Showtimes, Chat, Menu, and of course Call and Directions. If you have many locations, you can work through listing management agencies like Reputation, Rio SEO, SOCi, Uberall and Yext to have multiple listing cards managed. HINT (AND WITH A VERY HARD DOUBLE WINK) Apple reads and considers each and every feedback you submit to them about their products and services, even for ones that do not yet exist. If an idea makes sense, especially if it is detailed, and well-prepared, groundbreaking and amazing, THEY WILL DEVELOP AND RELEASE IT. I am not kidding. This is not a joke. Seriously. PERSONAL NOTE Next month I celebrate 15 years with the Yelp community and have worked tirelessly as an ambassador for restaurants and the folks who enjoy them, so you can imagine my keen interest in the "Business Listing" use cases and epics both for consumers and business owners. If you're a follower of mine, you have seen my frustration over the past year with the YES (yelp elite squad) committee's secret oversight and yelp's recent whitewash of business content to feature only 5-star content. Yelp put armies of snowflake moderators on the rolls to read each and every review and then suppress those which aren't gleamy. Elites are voting with Publish buttons on other platforms. Savvy yelpers puzzled by the strange lack of critical reviews on may also begin to look elsewhere. I'll for sure be promoting this tool with business owners and restauranteurs in my circles who are tired of the yelp kerfockery. Anyone have a red "poop scoop"?

I was asked if I wanted expedited service and of course I said "yes" to the charge of $99 since I needed it turned around fast. On Friday I called to find out the status and was told that it needed to be "opened" and if I approved (another charge) with no commitment as to when it would be fixed. Saturday was the tech's day off and they are not open on Sunday so no apparent rush to fix it. On Monday I was asked if I needed the data. I had originally said "no" because I had my data backed up on Carbonite. I asked about the Apps that I had and the tech said they would be wiped as well so I decided to save the data and apps. This was a $199 charge to "determine if the data was salvageable" by testing the SSD. I was then called and told that yes, the SSD was salvageable and there would be a $599 charge to recover it. Each step was a dagger because I needed my computer and the data/apps so I approved the charges. I finally got my computer back on Monday afternoon with a $1,600 bill feeling like I should have just bought a new computer and put up with reinstalling my apps. I got the computer home, hooked into my system and it worked fine. The next morning it was dead again. I hooked it up to a spare charger (bypassing the powered hub) and the computer was back to life. The entire problem was my hub charger! At no time was I advised that a charger might have been the problem and was instead overcharged for work that wasn't needed (probably not even opened to get to the SSD that I was bill around $800 for testing and recovery.) THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF! I'm thinking of reporting them to the BBB. Update on 08/14/26: Eddy from ClickAway reached out to explain the services that were performed on my laptop. After his explanation I am now better informed of the work and charges and better appreciate what was needed to get it restored to working order. I updated my original rating based on an agreement to reduce the price of data restoration. I am looking forward to a continued relationship with ClickAway.

I called them at 5:50pm and spoke with Ray "I think he is the owner" anyway I told him what was going on and he said to come on down and that he would wait for me. When I arrived I noticed that they have a big Yelp banner on the window, I walked in and spoke with Ray about the problem and showed him a picture of what the error was, he was up front with me and explained that if the hard drive was bad that he would not be able to save my data. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it. When all was said and done, he charged me $299 out the door and my machine is working flawlessly!! Thank you Ray! You got a customer for life.

I needed my home networking ethernet ports identified and fixed for my mesh WiFI backhaul (some of the terminations didn't work), as well as organized and label cables. In addition, Garry was transparent and upfront - I thought I had Cat5e wiring to make use of the 1Gbps, but turns out I only had Cat5. Garry let me know and asked me if I wanted to continue doing the job, but gave me the option to not continue if this wasn't expected. I appreciate the transparency and honesty of contractors, so this was a huge plus. Also, Garry is just a super nice and friendly being.
