I needed my home networking ethernet ports identified and fixed for my mesh WiFI backhaul (some of the terminations didn't work), as well as organized and label cables. Garry was able to do all of this in a relatively short amount of time. In addition, Garry was transparent and upfront - I thought I had Cat5e wiring to make use of the 1Gbps, but turns out I only had Cat5. Garry let me know and asked me if I wanted to continue doing the job, but gave me the option to not continue if this wasn't expected. The tv was return and a 77" was bought in its place. They showed up again that evening to install new tv , and also installed a wall mount bracket. Stay away, run from the woman who pretends to be a computer tech. On the positive side she quickly arrived (an hour after the call) and got the Dell Laptop computer to go beyond the start screen (which had been locked). She continued working on the machine and said that she had done a "deep clean" of it. After she left I discovered that about a dozen of my programs were disabled or removed. Their data is lost. Inquired about repair of 2 pure sine wave inverter. First reply insured I could drop by their office and they would do an estimate free of charge and confirmed day and time to drop by. On the day before the appt, they never confirmed. When I sent another inquiry to confirm, Garry replied and changed the conditions of the estimate and said they would charge $99 for each unit that could be applied to the repair cost. bait and switch. He claimed they could do a ballpark estimate but not holding my breath on getting any or a real estimate based on the description of the malfunction that should be common for these devices....if they really have the experience to do the work. First let me say, their customer service is outstanding! They are professional, thorough, efficient, and patient! I called them to come and set up my 65" TV and sound-bar. After setting it all up, they were nice enough to give me a "mini clinic" and helped me navigate through settings, etc. (that's where the patience came in) Then I mentioned I was having problems with my computer. My PC had become completely frozen and unusable and I needed immediate help! Suzat came to my house and worked for hours trying everything to revive it. She was very patient and knowledgeable but finally needed to take it back to her office to work on the hard drive which turned out to be on the verge of crashing! Luckily, and again, after spending hours and using remote assist to gain control of my mouse, she was finally and barely able to recover all my data (turned out my external hard drive hadn't been correctly set up so I actually had no other backup at all!) it turned out my only option was to purchase another PC and Suzat was kind enough to find a similar one for me and she then transferred my data into a clean hard drive. But that's not even the end of their excellent customer service. Because I use Outlook for mail, I there were so many features that still needed to be worked out so Suzat and her co-owner Garry, (who is an Outlook rock star!) came to my house two days later and spent another three hours getting my Outlook and a few other customizations completely set up for me.
