After ruling out power and fuse issues, Greg narrowed it down to our system's motherboard. An old transformer had unknowingly fried the board. Greg replaced it and reprogrammed the new board to match the old one. He also painstakingly tested each glass break and smoke detector connected to the system. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it. When all was said and done, he charged me $299 out the door and my machine is working flawlessly!! Thank you Ray! You got a customer for life.
