My Experience of buying Air Tags I recently visited the Apple Store to purchase an AirTag, and my experience turned out to be more enriching than expected. While I was there, a workshop was going on "How to Take Better Photos on iPhone." The session was scheduled for Monday, August 17, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, and I decided to stay and attend that was already started [[HIGHLIGHT]]The workshop was very well organized . The Apple team created a comfortable and welcoming environment[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] .[[HIGHLIGHT]]The instructor explained photography tips and features of the iPhone camera in very simple, easy-to-understand language. Even those who weren't very tech-savvy like me could follow along without difficulty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I especially appreciated how they broke down advanced features like portrait mode, spatial, pano and editing tools into practical steps that anyone could try right, the pace was steady[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . Seating arrangement was ok. But one thing was missing like no exchange of questions and answers. Aside from the workshop, the store itself was clean, bright, and organized, which added to the positive experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Staff members were approachable, friendly, and professional, making both my purchase of the AirTag and the workshop enjoyable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]I was not at all aware about these sessions. I came to know many things. Overall, I left feeling not only happy with my purchase but also more confident in using my iPhone camera. I would definitely recommend these sessions to anyone interested in learning practical Apple tips.

Sam gave us a wonderful class for I phone camera. The service is great. I struggle with my pretty devices. They always come thru in store and Apple support ! Dan has a big attitude in Apple class very rude and condescending . Really surprised at his attitude . I'll remember not to book with him. Sam was wonderful very helpful went above and beyond .

A delicious lychee-Tini! Yum

The homemade food was fantastic! Service was polite and prompt, and the there was plenty of it. Well done!

Ask the Community - Apple Deer Park

Is there anything more inefficient than an Apple Store's online pickup? Show up during check in time doesn't make a difference. Easily a 25-minute wait to wait for an item I've already purchased. Not a great customer experience.

Till you what! Welcome to America. I went in to the Deer Park Apple Store in and out in 20 minutes. Check on Google for the best time to go helps. I was greeted with a smile and professionally. The person greeting me said there was a 15 minute wait…

I can't say enough great things about Matt. He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Beyond the technical expertise, what impressed me most was: * Clear communication * Fast turnaround * Extremely reasonable pricing * No upselling, no unnecessary "reinstall everything" approach He diagnosed the real issue quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. If you're an independent contractor who depends on your machine daily, or you run a small to mid-sized business and need reliable, competent IT support, Matt is exactly who you want on your side. Look no further. Highly, highly recommend.

Let me paint a picture for you all:…read more Friday morning, I sat down in my hotel room in Champaign with a bit of breakfast and my laptop balanced on the arm of the couch. The computer fell back, hitting the floor and popping the glass screen out of the shell (rendering the computer completely unusable). Four hours later, I made it back to Mundelein and brought my computer to the Computer Guys. Three hours after that, the Computer Guys called me to tell me my problem was fixable, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The next morning, I received another call to tell me it was ready for pickup. I got to the shop, verified that my laptop was up and running, and I went on my merry way, fully-functioning computer in hand. In less than 24 hours, my computer went from functional to broken to functional again, and I couldn't have done it (and done it affordably) without the Mundelein Computer Guys. As long as I live in the area, I won't go anywhere else for my computer-related needs.

Steer clear away!! This business used to be very sensational on repairs, turn-a-round times, and…read moredown to earth friendly responses. I worked with Matt thru 2019. Went back Nov 2025 and now with new owners. Left a laptop to remove a password which they said no problem. Would cost $75-$100 per text. Any voice messages received are returned the next business day. Well 3-weeks later I had to drive to the store since they do not return phone calls or texts. They stated it would be one more week and promised to relay info on texts. Found out they are extremely unprofessional and quite opposite of transparent. I ended up at the store to pickup my laptop two weeks later. They acted as they didn't understand the language so I advised if they do not return I can easily involve the police down the street. Well funny how they understood that statement. If you can't take care of the most simple task of responding to your clients, then I refuse to give you my business.

I had a couple of keys on my laptop keyboard that had come off, so I bought a replacement keyboard…read moreand tried to install it myself. I then found out that the keyboard is riveted to the palm rest, and it's a big hassle to remove them and then try to put it back together, so it's best to buy the keyboard/palm rest assembly. I realized this is probably beyond my ability level, so I called QCP. I was told that no, that's not how it works, and I can just bring in the keyboard and it'll be repaired. After a few hours, I got a call saying that the keyboard/palm rest needs to be ordered together, just like I originally mentioned. Ok - fine. So QCP ordered the part, and it came in - in the wrong color - a weird purple color with black keys on my gray laptop. I ok'ed it, because I just need my laptop to function, so I'll tolerate it looking like a ghetto green sedan with a white door. Hours after dropping it off a second time, I get a call - it's done...but oh, by the way, the old keyboard was backlit, and this one isn't...and it'll cost you 150% of the original agreed upon cost. I told him I really wanted it to be backlit, and he replied that I should just try it and see if it works. Well, yeah, it works, but it's not backlit, which was one of the main reasons I selected THIS laptop. So now I've paid 150% of the price, got a ghetto looking laptop, and to top it off, the touchpad doesn't work properly any more, and there is a 1-2mm gap in the front of my laptop where the bottom and top meet. Awesome. I just paid $160 to make it worse than it was to begin with.
