For example, an instructor took a student on highways during a rainstorm, which ended with an accident. On top of that, the school provided zero drive times during the entire Segment 1 class. I had to send two emails and call the office twice just to get any driving sessions scheduled for my kid, which was really frustrating. That said, one instructor really stands out -- Javon Gibbons. She is amazing! She's patient, encouraging, and keeps things calm so kids can actually learn without feeling stressed. My kids felt comfortable with her right away, and it really helped build their confidence. She's also respectful to both students and parents and is willing to work with families to make it the best experience possible. If you do decide to use this driving school, I would definitely recommend asking for Javon. With her, I know my kid is going to learn and he will be safe!

Finally, they provided me a newly made test for segment 1 which had improper questions, wording, and bad question phrasing, this caused a near failure in my test which for a new test will run you up more money and delay your progress. They were very respectful and set great expectations and provided very clear communication. On one Saturday they scheduled us to drive however there was a snow storm predicted. They called well in advance with notice and rescheduled on another day. One of the instructors, Dan, met with me directly to review my son's driving habits and provided great feedback on how to help boost his confidence and reinforce the rules of the road.

Randy was very patient and quick to answer any questions and offer advice on the road test along with doing pick up and drop off at my home. The negatives of my experience were all professionalism-based as the instructor fell asleep in the passenger seat multiple times during multiple lessons and requested constant schedule adjustments often only an hour before our scheduled meeting. These issues combined with the fact the driving lessons were only made available by Mr. Mason once per week, around 8 AM (which was the instructor's chosen time window they kept falling asleep within and rescheduling) made the customer experience lackluster at its best, but it was not a bad driving experience I learned a lot and never felt unsafe at any point but I won't pursue further instruction.

I got all my questions asked and more :) Being a knitting store, the price of items are a bit spendy, but that's also because the quality is great. The store sources beautiful yarns which comes at a cost, but you know what you're getting is great.
