I asked the first store to repair my screen and when I got my iPhone back my home button, front facing camera and speaker didn't work. It was also taking way too long for the phone to turn on and off. I came to PC Mobile and they were so patient and kind with me although I know they could tell I was visibly upset with everything that was going on with the phone. Naeem was very quick and confident with his work. I didn't have to wait there very long. When he returned my phone he had me test everything out before I left. I had an issue with My Lenovo laptop where the back cover portion was broken off and needed replacement. My challenge was to get the work done in my off hours and minimize my trip to the store. I needed minimum down time as as I use my machine for work. Hasan from PC & Mobile was very helpful in assessing the issue over the phone and using the pictures that I shared with him about the screen, he was able to provide me with a quote and agreed to get the work done between 4-7 (pm). Had an emergency today- ran out of the house and forgot my cord to charge my phone. I'm in the Food Industry - a Territory Manager on the road so phone must not die if Clients call all day needing deliveries, orders , etc... Dropped my phone at 8:00 this morning and broke the screen. Brought it for repair at 12:30 and it was repaired by 1pm, 30 minutes quicker than they predicted at the price they quoted. On collection they asked me to run through a series of tests to confirm that it was working correctly before asking me to pay. You cant even see any evidence of the repair. This place always comes through for me. My kids have had their cracked screens fixed many times but the last is the best. My daughters Sim card stopped working. Verizon replaced it but connected it to the wrong phone. Between Verizon and Apple the phone became useless and unable to restore. Best place to get your screen replaced!! After one of those repair kiosks left my phone unresponsive, these folks were able to get my phone up and running and with a new screen. Service was quicker than I expected and even a bit cheaper than what the kiosk was going to charge. I love the fact that they offer a warranty on the repairs just in case the screen turns out faulty. read more
