    Walked in on Christmas Eve and the store was packed. Luckily the first salesperson I spoke to helped me with my purchase. It was quick efficient service.

    So freaking rude . First I made an appointment to get my phone fixed . I went there 20 mins early and I checked in they had me wait 45 mins and at the end they said sorry we can't fix your screen because it is too late and we have so many phones to fix . So A why would you give an appointment and why are you keeping me waiting for 45 mins . The customer service that checked is in is so rude ! Never ever again to this store !!

    My IPhone was not taking a charge. The repair guy at my usual electronics store could not get it fixed. Mike at Apple made quick work of it and my phone is now charging.

    The man who wants to scream at 87 year old men !!why should he work for Apple ?

    Worse experience- I have owned Apple since 1992 personal and business. Went to get a case for my 87 year old father who lost his wife for his new phone and a set of AirPods . The guy who talked to us pointed us to the wall for the case and said someone would come , never took our name . We got the case went to the AirPods - went back to him asked who was going to help us , when I have time I'll send some one over , I asked to speak to a manager , he said I'm a lead , I called the business regional manager , the man just does not like white men dressed in a suit or the elderly . He started screaming at my dad and security asked to wait outside- no manager showed up - what's wrong with wanting to buy a product and being white in a suit ?

    I want to take the time to acknowledge that after Apple of Montgomery Mall shattered and broke my phone in their possession (I assume they dropped it in the back then tried to pass on the fees to fix it to me) to the extent the screen no longer worked and I lost everything on my phone, nothing was accomplished and they stole over $1k from me on a few month (2 months old bought new) old phone. I have no hate to Apple and love their products however this store is a disgrace to their name and I'd be ashamed if I were an owner to admit their practices were under my responsibility. After taking in my phone, they returned from the back within a few minutes telling me they couldn't help me and put my case back on my phone that they had taken off when in the lobby, upon it immediately not working when I got home and feeling it was very hot I took off the case come to find out this store must have dropped my phone after taking it out of the case, obliterating the back glass and then putting my case back on to tell me that they couldn't fix it and there was nothing they could do, go figure since when I was home it wouldn't work at all after that so I couldn't do anything on it either. This store does not accept responsibility and has only continued to be there because of the location. If I have any advice it is to take your phone to any other Apple Store, or at least a mall kiosk before you take it to this store. This store should be your very last resort. Again nothing has been done for months and I was stuck with the bill of over $1k because they broke it, because nothing has happened I am posting my update.

    Pro: lot of staff, 1 on 1 registration online, clean environment, display item. Con: poor 1 on 1 meeting. After doing some research about the Apple Watch series 8 online I made an online appointment to come into the store and have a 1 on 1 meeting with a specialist about the product. Upon arriving at the store I check in and it took about 5 minutes for a specialist to come and see us. He didn't explain the product to much in detail so I'm glad I watch some tech YouTuber explain the watch in detail before coming. I kind of already knew what I wanted and they had in stock so I bought it right then and there. All in all, the process wasn't to much of a hassle but If you do but any apple product then to do your own research ahead of time.

    The screws are now rounded out, to the left and right of the jack.

    I brought my phone in for a battery replacement. I was told to wait 1 hour and it would be ready. When I returned, a representative had my phone in their hand and asked if I had ever had the phone service before. She proceeded to tell me the screws on the bottom of the phone were stripped. Well, that phone has never been serviced in the past, and it was not brought into the store with stripped screws. The options given to me was to purchase a new phone for over $500 - I was also told it would have been no charge if I had only purchased the Apple Care. This phone was bnought with a case and was never without a case. It has never been serviced in the past. Stay away, unless you want to be upsold. My phone had 78% battery and I was only looking to extend the life a little by buying a new battery. I should have read the reviews. Bad people.

    Oren was recommended by a former co-worker and we hired him to perform IT work in our town…read moregovernment office. Oren is very knowledgeable, professional, reliable and honest. He will tell you if something doesn't need to be done, or if it can be done at less cost. He's also a really nice guy. These are some of the things he helped us with: Switching our email system from Google Workspace to Microsoft Office 365 for business, including email migration, calendars, and files shared between all the users, He synced our computers and mobile phones, and backed up emails. He also set up Office online so we could have access to our files and contacts when not in the office. He set up daily computer backups on a local network storage device and to a cloud service. Oren suggested installing remote access on our computers so he could do evaluations and diagnostics remotely. That really came in handy for us as he was able to provide support even when he was elsewhere or had a break between clients but was too far to make an in-person visit. IT consulting and training. Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues. I highly recommend Oren at Restart Computer Services for your computer needs for office or home use. He's very good at explaining things so if you don't know how to do something, he'll show you how.

After I described the issue to him, Oren advised me, honestly, that buying a new laptop was more cost-effective than using his services. I knew he was right after hearing his explanation, which was patient, courteous, and very thorough--all for someone he was advising against being his customer. I deeply admire and respect professionalism like that, and I so I felt motivated to write this review. Honest and trustworthy people like that deserve your business. Use these guys; I will.
