Zero stars if I could. Replaced screen in my 8+ quickly but all DOWNHILL from there. My phone was in perfect order before and now the color is really off in a very distracting way and the True Tone option is completely GONE from the phone. I have since learned the tech needs to do a special process on an 8+ to retain the True Tone. JOSE, the sole proprietor, COMPLETELY IGNORED my multiple requests to address the problem even though his website says the work is under warranty. Also he was a half hour late for the appointment. Don't go to Geek Squad, go to Jose and Jose. These guys are lifesavers. My laptop's hard drive corrupted, and Jose took his time in listening to exactly what the problem was. Afterwards, he was detailed in explaining to me what he was going to do to try to repair it, and gave me a quick turnaround time estimate. He managed to extract all the data from my hard drive onto a fresh one, install it, and update my OS, essentially making the laptop brand new, all for a very reasonable price.
