To make matters worse, nobody informed me upfront that the replacement battery would not be a genuine Apple battery. This information was only buried in the fine-print disclaimer, which was not easy to notice or understand. The staff should clearly explain to customers before starting any work that an Apple battery will not be used and make sure the customer agrees. Damaging my phone during a battery replacement and failing to clearly disclose the use of non-Apple parts is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service.

I thought it was screen protector...it wasn't. I went back there and repair guy offered to put on a new screen. It was still out of focus/blurry. A few days past. I went there again for him to fix it. He told me he's getting brand new screens and he'll change it so dropped it off to him to put on a brand new screen. When I came back to pick up my phone, my front camera was still out of focus/blurry. He gave me the sorry excuse of him not having the parts to fix.
