*update* Marcos called me this morning and asked for me to come in and was able to fix my phone! I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from iTech Computer & Phone Repair. Unfortunately, the experience has left me feeling extremely frustrated and let down. I initially brought my phone in for repair, but to my surprise, when I received it back, it was in pieces and was completely unusable. I was devastated to see my device in such a state and immediately contacted iTech to address the issue. Despite my clear concerns and dissatisfaction, the company refused to refund me or fix my phone. This was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling powerless to rectify the situation. Not only was the service unacceptable, but the customer service I received was equally disappointing. It is unacceptable for a business to refuse to take responsibility for damaging a customer's property, and to refuse to make amends in any way. Overall, I cannot recommend iTech Computer & Phone Repair to anyone in need of phone repair services. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly suggest seeking alternative options for any phone repair needs you may have. read more

This is my very first Yelp review. I was so impressed with this place I had to give them 5 stars. I needed a new battery for my iPhone and after calling numerous places, this place had the best price, so I gave it a shot. I didn't get the employees name, but he was awesome. He asked a ton of questions to make sure it was in fact a battery issue and not another problem. My battery was replaced in about 15 minutes, he even fixed some loose screws that were in my phone. He gave me my old battery back and told me if the new battery doesn't fix the problem (which it totally did) to bring it back and he'd give me my old battery back and refund my money. The new battery also has a lifetime warranty, which is also a much better warranty than the other places I contacted. So the price was awesome, the service went above and beyond what I expected, and I am truly one happy customer! It's so great to have a cellphone again (instead of having to keep it connected to the charger constantly) I didn't have to charge my phone for 24 hours (other than the initial charge) after I got the new battery. I'm even thinking of taking my MacBook in to have them do a hard drive update. read more

Had a great experience all around. Needed my iPhone screen replaced, called to see if there was a wait and what pricing was- very friendly, great pricing and no wait. The location was great, plenty of parking. The replacement took about 20 minutes and they had a good selection of cases, so when I left it was like I had a brand new phone. I also accidentally left something valuable behind and the gentleman did some investigative work to get in touch with me to let me know they had it and would save it for me until I was able to pick it up. Great place and service provided. Came in to get my extremely busted iPhone 6 repaired and they were able to attend me promptly. After my phone had been smashed several times the tech tried everything he could to repair my phone even when things seemed almost impossible. Came to iTech because I had a Groupon, but when I got here, they said they weren't taking Groupon anymore because they had some issues with them. Marcos immediately offered to repair my phone for the same price as the Groupon, so I was able to cancel my Groupon and he took care of us right away. He was very helpful, and was seriously concerned about our satisfaction, which is something you don't find much these days! I would never take my phone anywhere else for repairs.
