Back in August my mom needed movers as she had to vacate her apartment in August, 2021. We contacted them ahead of time for a quote back in July 2021 and to book them for the move. They were supposed to show up at 10am and they ended up showing up at almost 3pm. We kept on calling them right after 10am to find out where they were and they came up with excuse of how their truck broke down, What we think happened is that they took on another move as they asked us the day before after we had already scheduled them for 10am if they could do another move in the morning for a different client in before ours, we said NO! When they finally showed up 5 hours late we had no other choice but to begin our move late. We needed to move everything to a storage space before 10pm. As the 10pm deadline approached we realized that we weren't going to be able to get everything in the storage that day, and all thanks for these guys not showing up on time. What they had to do now was to load up the truck with the remaining furniture and then go to the storage next day at 6am and load the rest of the furniture to the storage units. They finally moved everything into the storage space the next day, then came the horror part of this story. When we went to the storage to look at the furniture a couple of weeks later we encountered the biggest mess I have ever seen in my life. Yes, I can buy a tank, but there's a large frictional cost that ends with my, in effect, being locked in. Needed a tank refill in anticipation of a coming storm. I called and was told I was on the schedule for regular refill two days after the storm. Storm comes with feet of snow. Suburban shows up says they won't deliver because of snow. Ok, that's understandable. Of course, it's why I called in the first place before the storm hit. I get the place plowed and then Suburban wants documentation that the bridge to my property is safe for their truck. This would be the same truck that has been crossing that bridge for the PAST FORTY YEARS! When a truck does show up, it's a driver who has delivered here many times before. He zips right in. When asked about the bridge, he says it's no problem.
