I don't want to even give 1 star. I took my daughter to get her nails done for a dance. The gentleman doing the nails apparently did not know how to do a French manicure. My daughter wanted black and white tips. The 2 colors were not even touching and there was paint all over her fingers. Round two of fixing the nails they still looked like my daughter just painted her own nails. I will learn next time not to try some place new closer to home. read more

This salon was truly a disappointment. I was new to the area and came to try it out for the third time-hoping for a good outcome...it was a dismal failure! The nail stylist was inattentive and dismissive and the customer service was nonexistent. When I remarked that the procedure she was doing on my foot was hurting me, she said it was good for me and I was too thin skinned. Needless to say, I will never go back to this salon! read more

Do NOT waste your time or money here!!! They are over price for the shabby work and rude service. I took my teenage daugher with me and we both got mani/pedi with gel nail polish. The price we paid was higher than indicated on the sign and they were rude!! The polish on my toes chipped the same day and my french gel nail chipped the nex day!! Water was too hot and they didn't massage my hands with manicure. Now I know why there were not busy on a Saturday at 10am. If I had more time I could go on about the horrible quality of work. It is a shame that Yelp removed my photo of an employee from this salon actually drying their towels from the salon in the back and the side of the building on pipes. They said the photo didnt meet their guidelines ...ok....my guidelines are to have a sanitary mani/pedi not a dirty towel drying my hands and feet. I was asked to remove my photo by the salons owner and I considered doing that until I saw all of the other bad reviews and I am just not sold that this is a sanitary place to have nails done. read more

Deserves a zero. Stay away!! Horrible experience. Had a pedicure last week and my toe is still swollen and infected. The lady was rude did not say one word. She yanked all of the cuticles out of my toes, I asked her repeatedly to stop because it hurt she kept saying little bit more. I am on vacation and having to deal with an infected, swollen, sore toe. completely awful. I walked in about 1 hour and 15 minutes (remember this) before they closed with my friend and my sister. When we walked in we were the only ones there so they sat my little sister down. There were two ladies here, neither of whom ever stated their names, one lady sat and started working on my sister and the other sad in the pedicure chairs playing on her ipad. after the first lady finished putting the acrylic on my sister she moved her to a different seat then the lady who had previously sat in the back painted the actual color on my nails while the first lady proceeded to put on my friends acrylics. After the second lady had finished with my sister she sat back down and began to play on her ipad again. My friend got her acrylics put on but not painted and moved to the same chair as my sister was moved to. this time the second lady did not get up to paint while i got my acrylics glued on in the MIDDLE of her putting my nails on she stopped to paint my friends nails and didn't put on s top coat of her nails and then went back to me. when my friend got up so she could put her hands under the fans and the lady stopped her again and painted the top coat. (also they had no matte top coat? what kind of nail salon doesn't have that?) finally she went back to me she burned me and cut me multiple times with the buffer and when she went to cut the length on mine cut t REALLY short and said you like even though i had stated i wanted them long. along with that she did not shape my friends nails into coffins like she asked she made them stilettos. When she was finally done w me multiple nails were crooked for myself and my companions but exhausted by the time we'd been here i just wanted to leave so i asked i asked how long i should keep my hands under the fan and she said two minutes yet she kept my sister and friend under for 15 minutes, i believe it's because things went by so slowly (we finished at 9 when we arrived at 6:45) and just rushed us out. she charged my sister $22 and then my friend $25 despite doing the same exact thing for the two what employee doesn't know the prices?? overall TERRIBLE experience. careless staff who can't even do the basics . i will not be returning. i regret the money i spent here. read more

This place really deserves a negative rating. I don't think the employees are certified nail technicians. There's just no way that a certified nail technician could butcher a simple French manicure. Uneven polish application - the white portion on the tips were uneven AND she used so much on the tips that I can feel the unevenness when I touch my nails. Cuticle trimming was not done properly. Also she did not buff my nails before applying the new coat. I can see the damaged nails underneath the coat. I don't think anyone could speak English and this probably was the biggest problem. I knew there was a communication breakdown when I noticed all her responses were the same "yes" "yes" "yes". read more

I have been going to Apple Nails for more than a year now, I really like the salon. The staff is always friendly and they have a good selection of OPI. My nails always look nice and before I leave, they always double check to make sure that my toe polish looks perfect. I usually spend the extra $2 for the upgraded pedicure, it is worth it! read more

I'm sorry the other 2 above had such poor experiences. I have gone to this salon atleast 5 times for a pedi and have always been happy with the results. I have received main/pedi and always paid a reasonable price. I tried 3 other similar salons and ended up back at this one because it was the cleaniest and the most friendly people working there. I never had to wait. If it's busy you should expect to have a little wait as that is normal. People should remember that these places are not really "spas". They are simply a place to get your nails done. If you want a true spa treatment then you need to go to a full service spa in Atlanta. I come from up North and the spas are fantastic but you are also going to pay about $60. just for the pedi and if you add any other service it would be over $100. so I'm grateful to have these places for a quick polish. I had been here a few times before and my nails looked Great, So as far as work goes I was pleased. However, the customer service is horrible. I had made a reservation weeks in advance for my bridal party to come in the day before my wedding for mani pedis. I had called several times to confirm this since there would be 8 people. I came in once the week of, and they assured me that on Friday at 10:00am they would be ready for us. This was when they opened so we would've been the first to be there. We had a bridal luncheon to go to at 2pm so I figured this would give us plenty of time. When we arrived no one was there. We waited until 10:15 then called the number on the door. No one answered. Finally one employee showed up at 10:30 and said the rest of the ladies wouldn't be there until 11:30 but we could come inside and wait. I said absolutely not we had an appt and she didn't seem to care. In fact, she went back and sat in her car and played on her phone. We ended up calling Lee Nails down the road and they got us all in at 11:00 and as a walk in! Apple nails is unprofessional and rude! Will not go there ever again. read more

This is the WORST nail salon ever they cut my hands up my nails are uneven and even pulled the nail away from the skin under neath my nails on 4 fingers. I have gotten an infection from the worst cut they gave me. When I told her I had black stuff on my acrylics before putting the finals coat on I was told there nothin she can do and she puts on anyway so coat didn't take then when I called to speak to an owner I was told 3xs he would be in and 3xs given different story why I couldn't speak to him and he has never return my call. I was hung up on and the worker offer to pay me out of her pock not to call back ?? This place is a disgrace and horrible will never refer them and ashamed I have to wear the nails they did to go on my anniversary trip but my nails are so sensitive right now can't stand for anything or anyone to touch them!!!!! read more

I just stumbled upon this place and I am so glad I did! They offered wonderful customer service and a great pedicure. I got the "NU-PEDICURE" and I had zero complaints. The massage was very, with several different lotions, hot towel, and hot stones. The employees were all very attentive and personable. I will absolutely be coming back! read more

I've been coming here for a year and I'm mad at myself for giving them my business for that long. Their customer service is not that great, you don't feel like they even want your business. On 3 different occasions, they tried putting the wrong color on my nails and after I told them that wasn't the color I asked for, they argued, insisting they were right. Multiple visits felt rushed, like they just wanted to hurry and finish. The last time I went was the last time I will go because after many other bad experiences, the owner made me pay for almond shaped nails, when my nails were already almond shape. Many of my other friends have also had bad experiences here, so it's not just me. I used to recommend them to everyone who asked about my nails, but after continuous bad experiences, I decided to stop giving them my business. I won't be recommending them to anyone else. I hope they start treating their customers better, then maybe their business would be a little better. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!! WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Got there on a Thurs evening around 6 no one was in the salon.. I should have known right away with no one in there that it wasnt a good place... but I decided just to try it and see, maybe it was a slow night for them. The lady took forever trying to take off my old gel nails and put my hands all the way in the solution so they were dry and hard - not very fun. At my other salon that I usually go too they put my fingertips in the cotton balls with foil surrounding and put the solution in there in a bag and let them soak - so after about 30 min they were finally off - during that time she didnt talk to me instead she was on her phone texting or doing whatever - then after she did the manicure part which was like painful she let me soak my hands in freezing cold water when it should have been hot! Then I noticed how dirty the place was, all of my fingernails and stuff that she had clipped she threw on the floor with her paper towel GROSS! Then I noticed she took out her nail file and stuff and it had been used previously - is that even sanitary?!?! She took forever putting the gel stuff on, an hour later - total time = 1.5 hrs now just for gel nails and no one else in there ! I notice when I leave that all of my white tips are huge and crooked and clumpy ... not normal!!! It cost $ 30 but heck I am def going back to my regular salon which charges me $ 40 at least I know they always do a good job, talk to me, and are clean!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have been here a lot because it is reasonably priced and close to my house. However, the last three times they have ripped me off. My husband got me a gift card from here and I made sure I could use it one time and they said yes. Their price for a spa pedicure was 20 however, when I went to pay they said 30 I was pretty pissed and didn't tip her much the girl bc I felt like they were pissed I was using a gift card. Next time went in and I asked for price up front they said 20 and I said ok went to pay and they said 30 again I was so irritated! She said I got delux spa pedicure which they did nothing different than any other time I had been there and paid 20. Then went in today just to get color change and asked him how much up front and he said 6 so I said ok. When I went to pay he said 7 I said something this time and said u said 6 and he said that is for a mani and I just rolled my eyes by he knew I asked for a pedicure color change only...why would feet be one more dollar. I have given this place plenty if chances to get it right and they just can't seem to so I will never be returning!!!! read more
