I absolutely LOVE everything that this establishment does. Sara is the best nail technician in the world I swear ,and I know this because iv been getting my nails done by her for over 3-4 years. It's always clean ,fast ,and safe most definitely Worth every penny .

I have been coming to Apple Nails for the past 4 years and though some visits were better than others they're consistent drive to be better is what keeps me coming back. Everyone there is genuinely kind and sweet. They always greet me like family and know how long I've been gone. Sara is heaven sent as her nail designs keep my nail game on point even when I just want something simple and chic. This will always be my go-to when I need to get my nails and feet right. I know a lot of reviews say otherwise but this really is the place to give a shot!

This is the worst nail experience I've ever had, and I've had my share. I thought I would like this place, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I understand doing nails is art, so when someone critiques your work, you take it personal. However, if I'm paying for a service, I'd like the work to be done to my liking and done right. I had ask several times for my nails to be cut down to my desired length and filed evenly, as they weren't cut down enough and unevenly filed. I could tell Sara, the nail tech did not like this, but I didn't want long and uneven nails. She gets the filing and cut right, then she polishes over my cuticles a time or two, but I was paying attention and was able to ask her to remove the polish from my cuticles before curing them in the UV lamp. At the conclusion of the service, I noticed my nails had little raised bumps and black dots on them, air bubbles. Because I was in a bit of a rush and needed to go on to my next appointment, I didn't mention it. I figured I'd come back later to have them fixed. This was my mistake, I should've pointed it out right then and there. Mind you, I am a bit of a perfectionist, but I can let a mistake on 1 or 2 nails slide. However, if it's more than that, I can't. So, I decided to go back that evening when I was free because pretty much every nail had the raised bumps. I called before going back in and explained what the issue was. When I got there Sara took a quick look at my nails and said, "I don't see what you see," with an attitude and acted as if she didn't want to fix my nails. She then told me to show my nails to another customer and have her determine if there were issues. What? Who does that? So I did, and the customer said she was old and couldn't see very well but if I say there are issues then there are issues. This was my point too. I wasn't even asking for the whole nail process to be redone. I just wanted her to buff off the top coat and apply another layer of polish to mask the imperfections some. Sara didn't want to do that. She offered to polish over 2 of my nails, she didn't even buff them or anything. She just put polish on top of my already cured nails without even wiping them on off first, which she made matters worse by getting little fibers in the polish. I told her I wasn't satisfied with that and that more than 2 nails were messed up, to which she responded, "I don't see it! Go ask anyone else in here and they won't see it either." So, I went to another customer and asked her to feel and take a look at my nails. She says, "oh yea, I can tell from the ripples in the polish that they're not smooth and there are bumps and air bubbles too. I feel it." Sara is now looking perplexed, but still not wanting to fix her mistakes. So she then says, "I see why you left one place and came here." Backstory, when I first started coming to this nails salon (this was only my third time) I had had a really bad and bloody experience with a nail tech I tried once in the area. That comment was really insensitive and upset me so, so I got a little emotional (teary emotional) about the way I was being treated in this place that I'd already paid my money to. I was being very kind and polite about having corrections made to the work that had been done, and i was being treated like I don't even know what, but it was very embarrassing to have to go back and forth with her and have other customers brought into the mix just to get the service i paid for. Sara mentioned that I should get powder instead of gel because this doesn't happen with powder. It shouldn't happen with gel either if you're doing it right. It hadn't happened with her work before. Then she says it could be polish too, but still didn't offer to correct anything or refund me. So, I apologized to the customer for getting her involved and let Sara know that it was very unprofessional for her to even have me ask other customers rather than fixing the work that I was unsatisfied with. I asked one last time if she would fix my nails and she said no, so, I asked for a refund to which now the male that works there responds "you aren't getting a refund." At that point I was uncomfortably emotional and decided to leave. I will never return here again. I'm not one of those "the customer is always right" type of people, because I know that isn't always true. But, in this case, take a look at the photos of my nails and you be the judge.

I had arrived at around 4pm on 5/29/2018. There was one other customer getting a mani/pedi. There were two technicians. I was greeted promptly and told to pick a color. After 10mins, one of the technicians started to file my three week old gel manicure off. She left and the brother arrived and sat down with me. He filed and buffed and filed and placed the nail polish remover and foil over each finger. As this was happening, 3 more people arrived. All greeted. All told to pick a color. I was promptly abandoned again. I watched brother start two foot baths and start on one of the pedi ladies. After 10mins he came over to me and pointed to the person who had greeted me in the first place saying she will be right with me. She is almost done. I am sitting in a chair at s table with all fingers wrapped in cotton/nail polish solution and foil for at least 20 more minutes. I decide that I will NOT be getting a gel manicure here NOR will I ever come back. The girl finally sits down and I tell her to just finish removing the old manicure and that I would not be getting another. I went on to tell her that I have been a loyal customer for two years and that I would never be back. I was pretty much there for an hour while they started other customers. I realize what kind of damage this manicure does to your nails. All the filing, scraping, filing takes its toll. It actually damages the nail bed. There are ridges and rough spots. I am going to cut my nails down. You can see hairline cracks. I did not have hairline cracks before. This is what your nails look like when they remove a gel manicure. Although my nails are long, they have been compromised by the mistreatment so it is better to start over. I was not a priority at this salon.

Apple Nails did an excellent job on my nails!

Excellent Customer Service and Quality! Would recommend to all my fam and friends. Truly impressed with how the nail tech can re-create any image given.

The upgraded pedicure is $35 which is more than some places, but it has tons of extras and even includes a hot stone leg massage.
