I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but this place is filthy! I walked in and all of the chairs were worn and dirty and the entire establishment was dusty. The lady who did my nails cut me to the point where I was bleeding. The way they organized their tools was disgusting. She was using old tools and old files, throwing them in and out of her cart. She then started to paint my toes, but did not even pumice the bottom of my feet. At that point, I told her to let me go, I didn't want polish, I wanted to get out of that nasty place. A lady wants to feel cute and clean while undergoing their grooming routines. This place made me feel dirty and raunchy. I could say more, but all I can do is tell you to run far,far away from this salon. If not, you will probably get a fungus or some kind of disease. I see that the manager replied, but she isn't being honest. The files and buffers are not fresh and was all in a drawer that was used loosely and in an unsanitary way. PAgain, I am sorry for having to post this review, but people must know what they're getting into. read more

after 9 hours of polish this is what my nails look like. Yes I did regular polish bc they wanted 35 extra for two nail designs on top of French. This just happened now and not earlier. Hit or miss. I really want to like this place but sat time was pretty disappointing. Made an appointment online for a mani pedi. Arrived on time and one person did my pedi. A customer showed up apparently for an appointment with the same employee but she hasn't even finished my pedi or started on my mani. She finished the feet and then cleaned up, forgetting or ignoring the hands. She looked confused at me then asked if I was done. I said I still had my mani left. Let me tell you that was the fastest mani I've ever gotten. It was bad too and I bled because she was rushing. Other times I've had better experiences but most times it feels a bit chaotic and disorganized. Good things about the place: pretty clean establishment, all the staff members are friendly, good location, and a handful of parking spots out front. read more

Amazing. I liked to location (easy to find). Shop is big and very clean (well maintained). The guy who did my nails was extremely gentle, quick, highly professional, and the best "shaper" I've come across in a long time. Very much a perfectionist, paying great attention to even the smallest details most manicurists miss nowadays. Had a really disappointing experience here.. came in with my boyfriend who wanted to get a pedicure for the first time. We both work a LOT so our feet needed it! and we barely have any time off together. We came in on a mutual day off and booked a two pedicures and they said that time was perfect. We came in and it took 20 minutes to seat us. Fine, things happen. They filled the chairs with water and has us wait with our feet in the water. Finally a technician came over and started on my nails. After another twenty minutes went by, no one came to help my boyfriend. He had been sitting with his feet in cold water and it was 40 minutes after the time they told us to come in. Finally he asked someone "should I just come back?" to kind of let them know he had just been sitting there for 40 minutes. They said "yeah" no hesitation. Wet feet and everything he left... after an hour of me being there they said he could come back now... obviously he didn't want to any more.. I didnt even want to sit there any more. I came in just to be support for him and ended up the only one with a pedicure ): really bad experience for him & ruined the whole experience for me too... will not be returning to this place ever again. read more

Very upset and disappointed with this business. I have been a client on and off for several years. They are close by to my home, so I used them for the reasons of convenience and availability. However, I had a number of problems with them throughout the years, some of which included trauma to my nails (over grinding it with the machine to the point of injury) and huge delays in service when I had to wait for 50 minutes after my appointment time. After each of those episodes I had stopped going there for long periods of time. Last year I have returned because my regular mail tech was gone and I needed a replacement. I found a tech I actually liked in there and kept coming back solely because I like her, both as a professional and as a great human being, who is very sweet and considerate (they do not deserve her). So I kept track of what kind of designs I did (I mostly always do the same thing, so it's easy to keep track of the prices). This time I came back to do the same exact design with one minor difference: I brought my own design stickers (self adhesive, peel and stick) to add to the regular design. Normally I paid $130-$150 for many pedi, including the tip. This time it was $270! Plus the tip. They pretty much doubled the price on me despite the fact that those were my own stickers that I brought. I paid it and left a tip (much smaller one, than I wanted to leave, cause I was overcharged so much, but the girl is so nice - I wanted to leave her something). The owner of this place is super greedy and doesn't care for her customers. They lost a returning client today. Even though I like my nail tech - I don't want to come back to this place that scammed me out of quite a bit of money. (And I paid them in cash (so you just know they will most likely hide that revenue from the #irs ) and I always tip generously. ) This is just not smart. They were making a lot of money off of me over the years. They don't reward loyalty and take advantage of both clients and techs. The tip I was gonna leave for my girl went to the business. I felt very disappointed. This is the end of our relationship. From now on I'll just go to the "Butter nails" around the corner. They do a great job and their prices are consistently the same. No scamming there. Business owners need to make smart decisions and appreciate good loyal returning clients. read more

Booked an appointment for a Gel X manicure and Gel Pedicure. I was seated quickly and the experience was great. I brought in an inspiration picture and Patricia managed to match it exactly and checked I liked the shape. The basic gel pedicure from Fiona was great and she got the shape and color right. The one piece of feedback I have is that you should tell your clients the price of the service before we start as the design add on was more than I expected so next time I'll be sure to ask. Gel X manicure was $120 with the design and Gel pedicure was $45 read more

The nail tech could not understand me. The service besides that was fine. Salon looked clean and the chairs are newish and not cracked. Seemed relatively sanitary. Some decent gel colors to choose from. Nail technicians techniques could be checked. She didn't use enough acetone to soak off my nails and pulled them all off at once so the gel rehardened. She overused the dremel and I my nails are pretty weakened from it. She clipped my cuticles dry. The bowl she brought me to soak my hands in was barely filled with plain cold water, then she dremeled my nails again, THEN clipped my cuticles when they were fully dry and hard again. Netflix on tv playing the question: "are you still watching" Detailed painting, getting all the sides, neat, etc. I'm looking for a new nail place since moving to the west side from ktown.
