Went to Davids bridal to look for a nice civil court wedding dress, saw a simple one with no design nd very plain for $500..came to apple tree and saw a much better one with beading and honestly looks more elegant than the one from Davids bridal for only $270. Customer service was awesome specially Ben who helped me out a lot looking for the right dress and was very helpful and sweet. I came here to rent 9 tuxes for my wedding. I went in to make a couple of changes to the order and come to find out they had "misplaced" 3 of the 6 guys measurements. When I was upset and said that he lost them and that it is very time consuming to go in there (every time I go I have to wait about 45 minutes to be helped) he told me that I was insulting him and that he no longer wanted to do business with me. He then told me he would be cancelling my order and I could go somewhere else. Although it is very irritating that this happened. I'm glad it happened now rather than just days before the wedding. I have NEVER had WORSE service in my life. Not only did they order the wrong size. . .TWICE but ordered the wrong color. Turned out the dress was discontinued but they failed to tell me that at the time I ordered my dress. Instead they ordered the wrong color and size. Seriously?! How hard is it to pick up the phone?! They were a life saver for my wedding, but they are a bit over priced. They didn't charge me for alterations for my dress but the day I came to get it they didn't even alter it all!!! I didn't even have time to go back to get it re-altred to I had to have my bridesmaid wear it with the pins in the dress still. We also rented suits from them, which I though was a bit over priced. They should at least have a special on renting for a party for five or more. Overall I don't think I will be coming back only because I don't think I will need anything from their store anymore. read more

Apple Tree produced a top notch fashion show in the Town Center East. The entertainment was provided by DayDreamers Dance Company and the fashions were provided by Apple Tree. I have been to a few fashion shows, by other clothing stores, in this area and the clothing looked horrendous. Apple Tree's fashions were top notch. Would not recommend this store. Went in and put a dress on hold for my daughter and told them I would be back the next day to get it. When we went back the next day to buy the dress they had already sold it to someone else! At first they did not have a reason for this and the man working there, who I think is the owner, blamed it on the girl who was working with him the night before. Later the story changed to they only hold things until the end of the day, which was never told to us even after I said I would be back the next day to buy it. Of course they did not have another dress in the size that fit my daughter and stated she could try the next size up, which would not fit her and would have to be altered, which they would charge me for! I will never be back to this place they obviously do not care about their customers! We ended up going to another dress shop and luckily found a dress my daughter was more in love with and the people who helped us were AMAZING unlike the people at Apple Tree. Dresses are nice but a bit pricey. Communication and customer service needs work. Calls were not returned. Wrong dress was ordered at first then finally received the original. Of course I had to call and follow up because no call was made once it arrived. Otherwise, they do an ok job trying to take care of you. read more
