One two separate occasions, we either had a bit of trouble finding the items we were looking for, or there was only 1 left (2x daughters, so we need 2x of everything) and needed help. Stephanie (AKA: Steph and I hope I'm spelling it correctly) came to the rescue both times. Not only did she greet us upon entry to the section she was working, but when she saw us milling about (needing help) she preempted without us having to ask and offered assistance. The first time to find an item, the second time to get a 2nd of another that had been depleted. All this while helping other customers & supporting her co-workers, whom are also quite polite and polished. We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for, at a value that was good for us. Both Wifey and I, having previous management experience, were very happy with the cosmetic section of the store, not to mention their excellent staff.

Entrances are now only available on the ground floor. When parking on the upper levels of the garage structure, one must decend stairs to the first floor for entance. The restrooms are regularly maintained and are located on the second floor in the rear of the store by the children's clothing section.
