We went to get the new iPhone 5 without making appointment. We were greeted and took to a specialist. Lizza assisted us immediately, super professional in helping to transfer from the old phone to the new phone. We are very happy with the services and nice environment of the store.

I lost my headphones & I just needed a new pair. The staff listened to what I needed & asked questions to get a better understanding of what I needed. They weren't pushy or trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. Thank you to everyone working there.

Arrived here for a quick online order pickup of the new Apple Watch SE, right before closing time. It sure was busy, with the new Apple products rolling out (e.g watches, phones, etc). Despite being pretty busy, pickup was a breeze, as the customer service was great. The products were ready in the back, and the Apple rep brought it out with a nice bag in quick fashion. The missus got me an Apple Watch, and I'm thrilled to be using it again. Had a legacy version from Target, but returned it due to lack of use. The SE model will surely be a useful timepiece/multifunction extension of my iPhone, but I'm digressing. Apple is certainly a great store to play around with new products, but more importantly the staff, Genius Bar, and over customer service is stupendous!

First time coming in the store as I usually do stuff online. I wanted to come in person because I work for local government & knew that I get some sort of discount (along with the military) - score & mucho appreciated! There was a gentleman at the door with a box of masks & although they don't require it, the majority of peeps were wearing them, it seemed like the right thing to do was to join them. They were jammin around 2pm & I had to seek someone out to ask for help & she's politely informed me they were slammed & couldn't see me till 4:15 so I made an appointment & went to eat a late lunch. I came back at 4:15 and it was much calmer. I was instantly greeted & then within seconds JJ came to assist me. In less than 10 minutes I was in & out, lol. Might've been partly because I knew exactly what I wanted but JJ was amazing, nonetheless! He was super friendly, helpful, & gracious & got me well taken care of with my MacBook Pro for my son's bday gift. JJ was truly just a pleasure to deal with & they are lucky to have him because he is amazing with his customer service. Thank you SO MUCH! BONUS: they have a promo right now for free AirPods on qualifying purchases & yes, I qualified whoop whoop! ;)

    Introducing awesome Ms. Rama

What can I say about Apple that hasn't been said.... Probably nothing. But, I would like to highlight the really cool encounter I had with a sweet and knowledgeable Apple associate name Rama (sorry if I misspelled). My phone's camera seemed as if it wasn't capturing color correctly. This issue set the stage for me to meet Rama. She tested the phone and provided me with great advice as to how I can improve my color accuracy as well as other cool features. Now that's pretty standard, right! What wasn't so standard is her disposition. Rama was sweet, cool, nice, cheerful, patient and funny all at once. We did photo sessions with one another to test the camera's performance. She gave me permission to use her photo for this review. So long story short ... Thanks Rama for being so cool, and to Apple management, you have an amazing associate on your team. Now please see Rama in her pic.

Super great customer service. Day 2 of the new store and I got a free tote bag. It's sooo nice. Must visit again. Alejandro was the nicest person. Great customer service!

Pity that no one answers the phone. Actually have to get in car and drive to store to talk with someone - a managment decision on staffing.

Awesome selection of products, very mid to poor customer service…read more There's plenty of parking at this Best Buy center, although I will say a lot of spots are taken up by police equipment and just about every time I've shopped here there is always police present; not a problem but an observation. Customer service is either average or not too good. I've shopped at this location on multiple occasions and I usually find things on my own. Most recent I went into get a TV I bought online, I bought Best Buy's Geek Squad warranty and tech support plan, and it didn't improve my experience. I waited almost 25 minutes to get through to the line and waited for them to find my order. A lady ahead of me had a smaller TV and wanted to take her TV to her car on her own, but she was met with enthusiasm & employees insisted to help support her taking it to her car. When my TV arrived the same employees assumed I was going to take the TV in purchase that was significantly bigger to my car on my own and I had to ask for assistance; I wasn't met with the same enthusiasm or any. I'd understand if it was busy, but it was pretty empty on this visit. The value of the products you'll find are average, nothing that really stands out. Best Buy's warranty through geek squad is slowly loosing its value, now there are service fees when replacing your products which their once wasn't. Their tech support plan provides 2 years of warranty and if you cancel your subscription so are all your warranty. The one benefit is that it extends your return period by 60 days which is really the only great incentive; it's a plan that's consistently changing so do your research. I will say though black Friday and cyber Monday deals have passed you can still find awesome deals along the way.

I am deeply disappointed with the management and rigid policies at this Best Buy location. I have…read morebeen a loyal customer. purchasing multiple high-ticket items over the years, but a recent experience has ensured I will strongly consider never spending another dollar with Best Buy again. I recently purchased a $98 ink cartridge, only to find out it was not working with my home office printer. I have not had any problems with these cartridges in the past . When I came into the store today to return it--while simultaneously shopping for a brand new, $300 replacement printer (the HP 9125e)--I was flatly told by staff that because the cartridge box had been opened, it absolutely could not be returned. This is a terrible, short-sighted policy for a major retailer, and responsibility falls squarely on store management. A manager should have the authority and the common sense to look at a customer's overall value, override a rigid rule, and make things right--especially when that customer is standing right there trying to buy a brand new printer! Instead, management chose to protect a $98 piece of ink and, in turn, lost a lifelong customer and a $300 hardware sale today. Management needs to seriously re-evaluate how they train their team and handle customer retention. Rigidly hiding behind "unreturnable item" rules instead of taking care of loyal clients is a guaranteed way to drive people straight to online competitors. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
