I went to Apple Urgent Care for two reasons: the company operates my PCP's office and this office is in my neighborhood. I expected the same old, same old...an extremely long wait. I actually got to the location about 7:15am for an 8am opening. My kids were bored...I was immediately surprised when a staff member opened the door around 7:50am. My usual urgent care open exactly on time at 9am. I figured they let us in because it was cold. To my surprise, as soon as the three of us signing in walked in, they began assisting us. The two ahead of me were obviously repeat customers. To my surprise, the first person was called back before 8am!! Imagine that!! A business that runs BEFORE schedule. I hurriedly completed my children's paperwork because we all hate someone coming in after us, being called before us. I'm telling you...for my two children, we were inside the building for 45 minutes total, including waiting for a doctor's note!! I am simply amazed at their performance and careful attention to customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly and easy going. Apple Care EXCEEDED my expectations exponentially. I won't be going back to my former "go-to" urgent care. I will say the decor in the waiting room is outdated...The waiting room/lobby is also small but guess what?? You're in and out the way it should be!! I forgot to add: it may not last ok like it, but the place is extremely clean!!

I am signed up for vaccine #2 on Feb 15 at 101 North D street at 10:00. It is unclear if you will have Pfizer which we need. Will that be available?

D Street is not Apple Urgent Care it is a Riverside County clinic - I had mine at Apple and it was Pfizer-

Does anyone know which covid vaccine is being administered at this urgent care?

Hello Yesenia. We have both on hand and they are pre-drawn up for your convenience.

I was seen by a PA and she took the time to listen to me.

I visited the clinic at 2226 Medical Center Drive, Suite 102 for an initial workers' compensation…read moreevaluation with Dr. Jose R. Morales, MD. Unfortunately, my experience there was very disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard. The first issue was the extremely long wait time. I was called up and then sent back to sit down again, and by the time I was actually taken in to see the doctor, the wait had been so long it felt like I could have taken a nap in the waiting room. When I was finally examined, the equipment in the room appeared outdated and the environment was cold and uncomfortable. There was also an intern assisting who seemed unsure how to operate the equipment. During the examination, Dr. Morales' demeanor made me feel as though he had already decided I did not need treatment. His questioning felt repetitive and interrogative rather than focused on understanding my condition. After the test results came back, he immediately commented that I was "knock-kneed," which did not seem relevant to the injury I was there for. Later, when I reviewed his report, I noticed that some statements in the report were never discussed with me during the appointment. Because of these concerns, I requested a second opinion. I was given another appointment and told I would see a different doctor in a nearby suite. However, when I arrived, I was redirected back to Suite 102 and told I would again be seeing Dr. Morellis. When I questioned this, I was given an explanation suggesting he was somehow the second opinion, which made no sense. At that point I felt very uncomfortable and declined to proceed. After leaving, I contacted the workers' compensation district office to report my experience. I felt the visit lacked professionalism and genuine concern for my medical condition. While I'm sure many staff members there may be kind people, my experience with the evaluation process and the physician was not positive, and it is not a facility I would recommend.
