My father felt this facility (to hospital) on September 5, 2025.. and never returned as he passed away on September 11, 2025.. facility charged my family full services through October 12th (including additional nursing assistance fees).. I was never given a bill, Hailey reached out one time and told me she would speak with Julie and get back to me.. about 60 days after my fathers death, Nashoba park had already sent the bill to collections agency!! I reached out to Julie at the facility and was given the run around.. I leave this here.. as nobody suffering the loss of a loved one should deal with collections agency within 60 days.. I forgot to mention my dad paid the entire moth of September in full (he was there for 5 days that month) n Julie at Nashoba park sent a bill to collection agency for $1,500... so even though he passed away.. they kept his September payment and charged him 12 days of October.. poor guy had been dead for 32 days at that point!! Just awful for families.. beware she will speed up the process to get your family member in.. n then charge them as much as possible after they die.. they tell me it's a business!! I hope others read this and reconsider

I just completed my 3 months of physical therapy here and am very pleased with the results, the…read moremethods, and the hospitality. My therapist was Jaylen and she was great. What I liked most about Jaylen is that she explained the "why" behind the exercises and customized them to my specific problem and my specific improvement rate. She changed the routine as I progressed and always seemed to pick things that were just the right amount of a challenge. The large rooms give you an insight into the other therapists as well, and they all seemed effective and friendly. Appointments are fairly easy to schedule; the only times I couldn't get an appointment on my desired day was Christmas week; the rest of the time I never had to shift by more than a half hour from optimal. Parking is easy. Coffee is there if you need it. Only real downside is that they're not open on weekends.
