They gave me a call roughly an hour before they came so we could prep for them and didn't complain at all when they couldn't get their truck up our steep driveway(not their fault, it's a VERY steep driveway and a VERY big truck). They were quick, prompt, professional, and very friendly. They also were quick to adapt when there was a last minute change in where we were going to meet and were easy to communicate with both via yelp and phone. 10/10, would and will be using these guys again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for movers; especially up here on the mountain.

We had THE WORST experience. After paying over $900 + tip I found out the night of the move that…read moresome of my belongings were missing (a black canvas bag with my PS5 console, controller, etc.) There are only 2 possibilities - it was either stolen by one of the 3 movers or it was stolen on their watch. They also didn't ask my girlfriend or I to check the back of the truck before leaving which they are required to do. Despite all of this, the staff has taken ZERO accountability and denies all responsibility. I filed a police report and allowed Saving Moving to do their "internal investigation." After multiple texts and calls for an update they never replied until a month later, saying they are unwilling to do anything to help. Not even file an insurance claim on their end. It's disgraceful and their manager's insensitivity to the situation has been beyond frustrating. As I told them throughout this whole process, this is not about the money ($650 value), it's the principal that my belongings were lost or stolen ON THEIR WATCH. But they don't give a shit about their customers as long they get paid. So do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere.
