Happy Hour beer & Wine menu.
    Trista H.

My daughter's boyfriend chose Applebee's for his birthday dinner. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Happy Hour is offered daily from 3pm-6pm then again from 9pm-close. There is also a 2 for $25 entrée value menu that offers nice meal choices. The menus list the calories for every item, including alcohol which I wish more establishments would do. While looking over the menu we sipped on: Mucho Blue Hawaiian for $7 (hh), Whiskey Sour for $8.75, Jack & Coke for $6 (hh), and Barefoot Chardonnay for $5 (hh). My daughter and her BF opted for the 2 for $25 entrée deal. They chose Boneless Wings as their appetizer. She chose the 8oz Top Sirloin and he chose the Three Cheese Chicken Penne. My wife and I shared the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp for $16.99. We added a House Salad for $5.99. Boyfriend received a complimentary to-go order of Sugar Dusted Donut Dippers for his birthday. We all enjoyed our meal choices. Service was slow but friendly. Overall, Applebee's is a cost effective dining experience.

I went in with my mom for lunch after a hair appointment and we were one of two, two-people parties at 11am. The staff were friendly, efficient, and our waitress checked on us periodically refilling our water and such. I got a salad with my Impossible Burger (no tomato extra pickle) and it was a simple straight forward green salad with shredded cheese, three croutons and dressing on the side. Everything that was ordered was done well and hit the spot, the only reason for missing star is because it seemed to take a bit long to get the food once ordered considering we were some of the only ones in there. We will be back again, the location is convenient by 405!

Bothell Wa location: ordered dinner via UberEats .steak was raw and didn't receive all the condiments for my baked potato (which wasn't cut or prepped in any way). Food was disgusting!!!

I ordered the two Pork Tacos for $8. During our visit, service was slow to non-existent. When cashing out I was not given happy prices and was told that our order had not been entered into the system in time. I had to actually show a picture of my food with the date time stamp (delivered 15 minutes before HH ended) in order to have happy hour prices honored. Overall, service and food did not impress me.

I was disappointed one of the basketball shooting games was broken, took my points but didn't record any made shots. The biggest reason we keep coming back is my kids. They absolutely love it here. Out of all the arcades we've visited, this is their favorite, and they enjoyed it so much that they convinced me to sign up for the Platinum Membership two seasons in a row before I cancelled it for spring season. The arcade is fantastic, the atmosphere is fun, and it's one of the few places where the entire family can spend hours enjoying themselves. Also, you get 30% of your food with the platinum membership. The food is another bright spot. I usually order the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which has consistently been good. My kids love the Goldfingers, cheese pizza, and fries. The food is reasonably priced, especially considering you're at an arcade and entertainment venue. Unfortunately, the service has been a recurring issue during multiple visits. On our most recent trip, we waited nearly two hours for a table for just two people, despite seeing plenty of open seating throughout the restaurant. That alone was frustrating. Even after being seated, the experience didn't improve much. We've had several visits where we sat down and waited an unusually long time before anyone came to take our order. It often feels like you're forgotten after being seated, and the overall attitude from some of the staff has come across as indifferent rather than welcoming. One experience in particular has stuck with me. Before I was even able to place an order, I was asked for my credit card. It caught me completely off guard because it wasn't presented as a standard policy or explained in any way. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if I was being viewed with suspicion before I had even ordered food. It's disappointing because the arcade, food, and atmosphere are genuinely great. If I were rating those alone, this would easily be a 4 or 5-star place. But after multiple service issues over multiple visits, I can only give it 2 stars. I hope management addresses the customer service side of the business because this location has so much potential.
