I would drive 10 minutes for this. 2.4 stars is not fair. You need to score restaurants based on the class of dining they are in not compared to every restaurant out there. With that said this is the best bdubs I have been too. I have been to some HORRIBLE b dubs but this one is solid. I ordered online for pick up in store and was given the option to select a side of carrots and/or celery. I chose carrots, but when I went to pick up my order, there were none there. The ticket even lists carrots on it multiple times. I don't get if this location just doesn't give veggies at all or if it was only this day, but they shouldn't have given it as an option online if they aren't going to fulfill it. The missing carrots is only a minor thing, but technically, they didn't complete my order. I also got Thai curry boneless wings on the same day as the spicy garlic boneless wings. Everything was drenched in sauce (or well coated). Usually I like sauce, but these were too messy for me to eat, especially with them being spicy. I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience during my recent visit. One of the workers looked at our IDs and made a comment along the lines of, "You're from Mexico?" -- clearly confusing New Mexico, a U.S. state, with the country of Mexico. When we corrected her, she said she'd "let it fly because you look old enough," as if she was doing us a favor by accepting a valid government-issued ID from an actual U.S. state. This kind of ignorance would be one thing if it ended there, but her whole attitude shifted after that. There were subtle but clear signs of judgment and discomfort from her, and the interaction just felt weird and unprofessional after that. As customers, we should be treated with basic respect and not have to justify our identities or educate employees on U.S. geography. For the record: New Mexico has been a U.S. state since 1912 -- over 100 years. It's not only a vibrant and culturally rich part of the country, but it's also deeply tied to American history. Fun fact: the first atomic bomb was developed and tested in New Mexico during the Manhattan Project, making it a central location in the history of science and national defense. If employees are going to check IDs, they should at least know what's part of the United States. This kind of treatment isn't acceptable, and I hope this business takes the time to properly train their staff on both professionalism and basic knowledge of the country they work in. It's been a minute since I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings, but recently ordered take out and it was not it fam. The boneless wings are smaller than I've ever seen, basically popcorn chicken size. The sauce marination was absolutely horrendous despite specifically asking for extra wetness. My visit on a Wednesday evening went not-so-great with long wait for the food . When the food finally arrived it was cold!!! Eating cold wings is definitely affected the taste and the experience! The 5.5 years I worked in Lynnwood, I totally avoided BWW. The cluster*uck of a BWW in downtown Seattle that I tried during Heat Dome 6/28/21, according to Yelp has permanently closed. I vowed back then to never set foot in a BWW. Well fast forward to 10/10/22 and both The Homie and I decided to give it another try after other stops in Lynnwood. This was during the dunch/linner time frame and before Monday Night Football. Pleasantly greeted, allowed to sit wherever, given adequate time to peruse the menu. There were only two groups wrapping it up in the main dining area and the rest of the folks were seated at the bar area. For awhile, it was just us in the vast dining area surrounded by large screen TVs. We placed our order with a pleasant waitperson. We both had refreshing Pepsis. The Homie had an order of mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce plus the Buffalo Boneless Pizza. The latter was essentially chicken chunks, dressings, and sliced peppers atop flatbread. I opted for a trio of Street Tacos that also came with French fries. The tacos were decent, but definitely not akin to ones from favorite taco trucks in the greater Seattle area. Strangely, the French fries gave me flashbacks to high school. Service was friendly, unobtrusive, but checked on us frequently enough to get Pepsi refills, whether we needed anything else, provided a takeout box, and of course, to wrap up final payment. Our first visit to this location seems to be an anomaly since I give it four stars (3 for food, 1 for service). As we were leaving, the dining area/bar and parking lot were filling up with folks arriving for Monday Night Football featuring Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs. Clean dining area. Pleasant, friendly waitperson. Decent food, good value. No issues to comment on during our first onsite visit. Only two locations remain along I-5 corridor - Lynnwood/Alderwood Mall and Tukwila/Westfield Southcenter. Note to self - never say never. As someone who has been a part of the food & service industry for sixteen+ years and dines out often, she was probably the best server I've had in a few months. It looked like she was the only server on the floor while we were there, and she was juggling ten tables or more by herself with absolutely no help. She remembered everything I had and gave me drink refills without even asking. She moved with such urgency and didn't make me feel rushed to leave. Good happy hour selection, and plenty of things to watch on their many TVs with the average noise level. The food was good. A few of the wings were missing the sauce, but not bad. This BWW location cannot seem to get it right. I live in the area and love chicken wings so having a BDubs close by was a treat; however, time and time again my order is incomplete, incorrect and the service I receive gets worse and worse. This time around, I was completely ripped off - they placed a minuscule about of fries on the chicken wing combo I received and labeled it as a "lunch combo" which is not what I ordered. They also cheated me out off a "basket" of wedges by giving me a regular order size. They even slapped a "basket wedge" sticker on it when I clearly know the amount and size difference between the two. As often as I use Yelp, I hardly ever write a review. I feel reviews are typically based on a compelling experience that sways either to the far good side or the far bad side of the spectrum. This was unfortunately the later of the two. The lack of attentiveness and almost downright ripping me off...I had to say something. On top of all this, when I walked in the guy at the to-go counter, who wasn't helping anyone or busy whatsoever, stood there and looked at me awkwardly. I had to initiate the hello and tell him I was here to pick up an order which I saw sitting on a rack just to the side of him. He simply said "you're good to go" and I had to grab my own bag from the employee area and that was that. I can't express enough how frustrating it is to have such a poor experience repeatedly but at this point it's a shame on me for continuing to go back hoping the outcome will be different. I always give them the benefit of the doubt because I know how difficult working in food service can be at times, but after so many times its just unacceptable, careless and poor business overall. Worst experience for ordering pick up. This restaurant has serious problem on how to manage their online order. They should limit the order, extend the wait time, or seriously need the staffing issue fixed. I waited 50 mnts before I received my food. Busy. I get it. But it doesn't mean it's okay to give crap attitude. The cashier may didn't look overwhelmed (only her alone ~ with 19 people waiting for their online order!!) , but certainly didn't care about customer service anymore. The manager seems nice, but also she didn't really care about customer service. None of them are appologetic to me or to anyone who said, we have been waiting for 30-45 mnts or more. Can they say sorry, at least?? What the cashier said was, "I'm just a cashier, I'm not the owner." I didn't even yell at her or mad at her. I just said my dissapointment that I waited for almost 45 mnts, and when I requested for a refund, it'll take 7-10 business days! The manager then came to me few minutes later said that my order is ready buy they didn't make correctly, so I needed to wait longer. Again. None of a simple one word, 'sorry', came out. If they are frustrated, I get it. But, your customers too!! If you are the owner or ceo of this restaurant, and read this review. It takes alot for me to come on here and leave a 1 star review (first one ever) We used to come to this location and way back years and years ago 6+ service was as expected not great but not bad but trended down hill till we just stopped even considering it as an option. Place was dirty with used napkins and tables that sat without being cleared during our entire visit. Again the place was not busy. We had a party of 4 three of us ordered wings and I ordered a sandwich item. My sandwich came out two or three minutes later my wives wings came out then a while later one of my daughters food then 15 minutes after I originally was served my sandwich my sons food was finally served i was pretty much done with my meal at this time. How do I know it was 15 min you ask? Well I was playing their trivia game which happened to have a 15 min break as my sandwich was served. My wife ordered a margarita and wait staff came back to inform they were out of well tequila and if she still wanted there would be a up charge, which we agreed on, but really? Having worked in hospitality no how I would have handled it but that was definitely the least of the poor overall experience. Tried to reach out to Corporate to express concerns of visit not looking for anything just truly location is convenient and would love for them to turn this place around or as I feel now hope they shut the place down and a restaurant that has a basic level of service moves in. Long -Time Drive By-er. First time reviewer. Thanks for taking my review, Buffalo Wild Wings (BFF). AMBIANCE: C Conceptually, I get it now: BFF = Buddies. Big screen Ball games. Bar. Bartenders. Beer. Banter. That's what the franchises are banking on for their livelihoods. Somewhere in the ADHD nightmare, paradise, or both, the tab gets run-up like the scores of the teams you shamefully, but unapologetically, cheer for as you rock their swag. The irony is that anyone who really wants to remotely watch the game, wouldn't show up to a BBF or any bar for that matter. You can't hear it. There aren't closed captures scrolling at the bottom, and the distractions are not lost as other games and ads fight for your eyes' loyalty. So, really, this is where you go when you don't want to be "that" guy, with "those" bros at a Hooters in a social media age. So the game sorta becomes a not so subtle, discrete, glorified, ESPN alert in real-time. Arriving with friends on a rather thin Sunday afternoon, we kindly asked the waitress to turn to a specific game. For some reason this took multiple asks and about 15-minutes to happen. I wonder what would happened if the place was semi-busy. SERVICE: A- The waitress was good. She was kind and efficient. She nailed the orders. It seemed clear to me that she did the best she could within the restrains of the policies and procedures. The food came quickly. So that was great. Kudos to the waitress and the wait staff overall. FOOD: D- What was rather surprising and disappointing was the food. The wings were rather dry and the fries were surprisingly limp. The presentation of the wings, celery, carrots (in much need of vegetable dry skin location) and the sauces on what seemed to be close to saran wrap on a prison cafeteria tin tray was messy.
