    Spicy garlic boneless wings
    Tiffany O.

I ordered online for pick up in store and was given the option to select a side of carrots and/or celery. I chose carrots, but when I went to pick up my order, there were none there. The ticket even lists carrots on it multiple times. I don't get if this location just doesn't give veggies at all or if it was only this day, but they shouldn't have given it as an option online if they aren't going to fulfill it. The missing carrots is only a minor thing, but technically, they didn't complete my order. I also got Thai curry boneless wings on the same day as the spicy garlic boneless wings. Everything was drenched in sauce (or well coated). Usually I like sauce, but these were too messy for me to eat, especially with them being spicy. Next time I would order the sauce on the side or ones that are less saucy.

    5 1/2 wings scam.

5 1/2 wings??? Bruh! And the dipping sauce is all over my fingers bro. Do better man. Thanks for the food scam. $33 for cheesecake and a few nuggets. Bruh.

    Disfigured drumsticks

The chicken wings are of poor quality. Many of the drumsticks are broken end disfigured. The flat wings had really large bones and minimal meat like the quality has gone down. I used to love their wings, but what kind of chicken is this if you're buying?

Santa Fe is the oldest capital in the US. It is beautiful, you should visit and educate yourself.

I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience during my recent visit. One of the workers looked at our IDs and made a comment along the lines of, "You're from Mexico?" -- clearly confusing New Mexico, a U.S. state, with the country of Mexico. When we corrected her, she said she'd "let it fly because you look old enough," as if she was doing us a favor by accepting a valid government-issued ID from an actual U.S. state. This kind of ignorance would be one thing if it ended there, but her whole attitude shifted after that. There were subtle but clear signs of judgment and discomfort from her, and the interaction just felt weird and unprofessional after that. As customers, we should be treated with basic respect and not have to justify our identities or educate employees on U.S. geography. For the record: New Mexico has been a U.S. state since 1912 -- over 100 years. It's not only a vibrant and culturally rich part of the country, but it's also deeply tied to American history. Fun fact: the first atomic bomb was developed and tested in New Mexico during the Manhattan Project, making it a central location in the history of science and national defense. If employees are going to check IDs, they should at least know what's part of the United States. This kind of treatment isn't acceptable, and I hope this business takes the time to properly train their staff on both professionalism and basic knowledge of the country they work in. The waiter was Trish.

It's been a minute since I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings, but recently ordered take out and it was not it fam. The boneless wings are smaller than I've ever seen, basically popcorn chicken size. The sauce marination was absolutely horrendous despite specifically asking for extra wetness. Half the order never saw a lick of sauce, and they didn't even serve us the sauces we ordered... didn't find that out until we got home. The chicken was cold to top it all off. The carrots are now baby carrots instead of match sticks... and the celery they were serving had MOLD. Ordered fries, and they were nice and crispy, but the quantity was laughable, less than 20 fries for $4.50... insanity.

I came here to do the all-you-can-eat $20 boneless, and it was alright! Some of the wing's flavors were just ok or bad (spicy garlic one I think) I was only able to down the parmesan one. Anyway, I'm just saying it could've been better if the service was a little more on top of it since my table is trying to re-order for the next round.

This was a bad experience. We were here for 2 hours and the waiters were bad. It was absolute garbage. I really did not enjoy my experience. We also had to wait an hour for the in line because they had too many people and they had. I don't really like this because we came in with 11 people. The food was so salty like the food and they scammed us because it makes you salty. So you need to drink water but then the water makes you full. When the waiters came they just threw our straws onto the table and they were clearly mad. They also took like an hour for every single round of chicken for the all you can eat challenge. I'm very disappointed with Buffalo wild wings service and I hope no one ever goes again. And a orange chicken sauce is very disgusting and salty.

We came here with a party of 20 around 10pm in a Thursday night and they accommodated us pretty quickly. They were also quick to take our order! Service was good, they accommodated our requests and helped with drink refills. There were lots of games on the TV. Fun environment, not too loud. Food was okay. Our party ordered a lot of wings with wet sauces however they all came dry with light sauce. Taste of the wings were disappointing. When we told our server the wings were supposed to be wet they brought a few sauces but definitely not enough to cover the amount of wings we had ordered. If you're going for cheap wings (on bogo days) that taste decent and an entertaining fun environment, Bdubs is good place. If you're looking for quality wings, good portion sizes, and all for great prices, forsure go to Wingstop.

This place is packed and under staffed since a while!! I wish they could fix the staffing issues which would eventually fix the service! My visit on a Wednesday evening went not-so-great with long wait for the food . When the food finally arrived it was cold!!! Eating cold wings is definitely affected the taste and the experience! The draft blue moon was refreshing and on point. Also a special note to the staff who tried their best to accommodate everyone and serve to their best of the ability! I guess the kitchen though took a long time due to which everything got delayed. We ordered a appetizer sampler which would have been great if not for being cold!! The wings again were delivered as instructed but cold!

The 5.5 years I worked in Lynnwood, I totally avoided BWW. The cluster*uck of a BWW in downtown Seattle that I tried during Heat Dome 6/28/21, according to Yelp has permanently closed. I vowed back then to never set foot in a BWW. Well fast forward to 10/10/22 and both The Homie and I decided to give it another try after other stops in Lynnwood. This was during the dunch/linner time frame and before Monday Night Football. Pleasantly greeted, allowed to sit wherever, given adequate time to peruse the menu. There were only two groups wrapping it up in the main dining area and the rest of the folks were seated at the bar area. For awhile, it was just us in the vast dining area surrounded by large screen TVs. We placed our order with a pleasant waitperson. We both had refreshing Pepsis. The Homie had an order of mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce plus the Buffalo Boneless Pizza. The latter was essentially chicken chunks, dressings, and sliced peppers atop flatbread. I opted for a trio of Street Tacos that also came with French fries. The tacos were decent, but definitely not akin to ones from favorite taco trucks in the greater Seattle area. Strangely, the French fries gave me flashbacks to high school. Service was friendly, unobtrusive, but checked on us frequently enough to get Pepsi refills, whether we needed anything else, provided a takeout box, and of course, to wrap up final payment. Our first visit to this location seems to be an anomaly since I give it four stars (3 for food, 1 for service). As we were leaving, the dining area/bar and parking lot were filling up with folks arriving for Monday Night Football featuring Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs. Clean dining area. Pleasant, friendly waitperson. Decent food, good value. No issues to comment on during our first onsite visit. Only two locations remain along I-5 corridor - Lynnwood/Alderwood Mall and Tukwila/Westfield Southcenter. Note to self - never say never. Plus on Tuesdays BWW features a deal for buy one order of wings, get the second order at 50%. Sounds good.

I'm going to start off with our server, Safia. As someone who has been a part of the food & service industry for sixteen+ years and dines out often, she was probably the best server I've had in a few months. It looked like she was the only server on the floor while we were there, and she was juggling ten tables or more by herself with absolutely no help. She remembered everything I had and gave me drink refills without even asking. She moved with such urgency and didn't make me feel rushed to leave. Good happy hour selection, and plenty of things to watch on their many TVs with the average noise level. The food was good. A few of the wings were missing the sauce, but not bad. The wrap was fantastic as well. Everything came out warm and ready to eat. Would definitely come back!

They should turn off online ordering if the kitchen cannot manage. An hour and a half past the scheduled pickup time is insane.

This time the chicken was really good and it had a good quantity of sauce over it. We love the mango habanero sauce and Nashville hot sauce.

This server, brown wavy hair past his ears and dark mustache took our orders and never came back. When we were ready for the check he was busy talking to someone unrelated to food orders or food..period! He didn't care to look over. Then I asked the host for our check. She tried helping but could not print our check because she was not the server. She then walked over to get his attention discretely, no such luck, he kept on talking. A few more minutes, I asked her if she was getting me the check, she explained that she could not. So i waited, I think he glanced over and back to jabbing. Then the host had to go get help from the someone that could override and allowed her to print. horrible service this second time..not sure I want to take a chance on bad services again. the place was not busy at that time so busyness cannot be a reason. And, he was not working, he spent that time talking.

Kitchen is serving great pub grub. In long This one hovered in my mind between 4 and 5 stars for a while. It's not quite a basic place, but they maybe could live with being called that. Bottom line, even if it's not for absolutely everyone, the people who come in and enjoy it won't feel like anything's missing at all, so it's five stars. You pull up to kind of a crummy parking lot in front of kind of a crummy-looking strip mall, and you walk through a heavy security door. Nothing looks or feels fancy from outside. Inside, though, everything's clean and well lit. All the furniture is well made; there are lots of custom booths and the light fixtures all match. You don't feel a sense of luxury, but they built this place from the ground up, they built it right, and it's a nice antidote to the exterior vibe. There are at least a dozen huge flatscreens up around the room, at least downstairs. Evidently there's a whole upstairs that we didn't even check out. There aren't a ton of sports decorations, they keep it tidy--but the TVs are showing sports news or the game. This place must get thumping for big games. I can't even imagine trying to park those days. You get a warm greeting right away, with menus on your table in seconds. The menu is a lot of dependable old pub-grub favorites. Pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, chips, rings, fries, and so on. Thing is, they put a lot of thought and effort into each one, kinda going for bragging rights for the best in town on lots of simple dishes. They make the onion rings in house, I'd bet. You can add garlic and parmesan to your chips. The sandwiches are built right with plenty of filling. Prices are competitive, and you will definitely get full. Some people who love to eat love pub grub, and some of those people built the menu and designed the recipes here. We had a couple rounds of cocktails, and all of them did the trick. Made well, served right, good balance of sweetness, good flavors. If this place were a little closer we'd be here a lot.
