Before 2 PM, my bestie asked the waitress if they were closing for the next brunch session. She said NO. So we stayed. The waitress closed our tab because she was leaving, and we paid it. Then somehow we were charged ANOTHER $10 entry fee... even though we never left. Make it make sense. Then we ordered the exact same tequila & OJ drinks we'd been drinking all day. Suddenly the $10 drink became $10 + $1.50 for OJ, PLUS the 20% brunch gratuity. Listen, I don't mind paying for a good time, but the random, inconsistent charges are giving make up the price as we go. We love the vibe, but somebody needs to explain these charges because the math ain't mathing.

It was a lot of food for two but the average person that comes here probably appreciates the large portion size. The chicken was coated with sauce and had a spinach tortilla. It was so satiable. The servers were all prompt and seem to juggle many roles like bartending and bussing as well. They were quick to take our order and easy to waive down to ask for a side of pickles since they were always moving around even if they were a few. Two single stall bathrooms. One per gender: Place seems very clean and the bar looks well stocked and organized. Floor was a bit sticky near the bathrooms. I would come again.

My husband, my two daughters, and I would come together as a family almost every Thursday. It became something we genuinely looked forward to each week. Thursdays used to be packed, sometimes so crowded that it was hard to find a seat. There was such a fun atmosphere, with different tables bantering with each other, laughing, competing, and getting into the music. We enjoyed it so much that we even brought prizes for the host to give away. It was more than just playing bingo; it was the whole experience and energy of the night. Unfortunately, since the new Music Bingo host took over, the experience has completely changed. We even tried talking to him about it, and he told us that as long as he is running Music Bingo, he will never use the app and will continue doing everything on paper. He uses the same card for the entire two-hour game, which means that even if you arrive late, you essentially have no chance of winning. That takes away a huge part of what made the game exciting and competitive. I do want to be fair and say that we know he also hosts trivia on Tuesdays, and we actually like his approach to trivia. His style seems to work well for that format. Unfortunately, that same approach just doesn't seem to vibe with Music Bingo. Music Bingo needs a different kind of energy, interaction, and flair, and sadly, that has been missing. The host has also been rude to us when we've tried to discuss our concerns, which has made the experience even less enjoyable. The difference in the Thursday night atmosphere is very noticeable. Thursdays used to be packed and full of energy, and now the place is often nearly empty. The fun atmosphere and camaraderie we used to look forward to are simply gone. We understand that he runs the game on his own and is entitled to run it how he wants. At the end of the day, though, the format and the overall vibe have changed enough that our family no longer wants to make Thursday nights a regular part of our week. That's especially disappointing because this was something all four of us genuinely enjoyed doing together. We are still giving The Brass Tap five stars because the restaurant itself, the food, and the rest of the staff have always been fantastic. We will definitely come back for those things. We just won't be coming back as often for Music Bingo. Hopefully, at some point, Music Bingo can become the fun, lively, interactive experience it used to be. We would love to have a reason to look forward to Thursday nights again.

He was nice and checked on me and my friend the whole time we were there. It is a big space and plenty of seating. They had a good menu for lunch and dinner and good specials for happy hour. I tried out the blackened cod fish tacos which isn't on the happy hour menu but it was okay. Overall, it was good and would come back again.

I did not take pictures of those items and wish I had. The happy hour items we ordered were delivered by the Manager, who was very nice and chatted with us briefly. She welcomed us as first timers and that usually sets the stage for us when the manager interacts with the customers. The wings had a nice flavor and the chips were definitely addicting. My husband asked for a dipping cup of the high altitude sauce (Javier said it was their hottest) and that was a pretty good sauce with good flavor. My review is the lowest I have ever given a place before. It all stemmed from our inadequate, lousy, lazy, rude, self centered waitress Nicole. She ruined what should have been a wonderful family gathering. She was the worst server experience I have ever had. She had a chip on her shoulder from the get go, and brought her bad mood to our dining experience. When we would ask for something that she forgot she would roll her eyes and give us attitude. We watched her go and openly talk about us to her coworkers when she should have been spending time making our terrible experience nicer. The management should really have a serious talk with this person because I have read a lot of reviews on here today and Nicole is the one server who appears to have multiple problems with bad reviews. She is mentioned several times over the years.. way more than any other employee. The food was good but every order was wrong, she took forever (due to her complaining to coworkers) to bring things that were wrong or forgotten by her...not the kitchen. I guess she expected us to eat with our fingers, fill up our own water cups, eat what was served instead of what we ordered. She is the face of your business Applebee's and I would NEVER want her in my business providing customer service. What a foul person to deal with. I will start off saying that the food here is actually decent... ya its not anything special but its ok. Im writing this review for anyone looking to work here. it is by far the worst company to work for; they treat all of their employees like crap unless you're a "lifer" (someone in the restaurant business for the long haul), they promise you month after month to promote you so you can make some decent money but 9 months later your still listening to the same empty promises, then when you find a second job to actually pay the bills they get really pissy even though you do everything in your power to make them a priority; they literally forced me to quit because I found a second job and then when I tried transferring to a different location the General Manager called ahead of me to give them a bad recommendation. The managers are all extremely childish and can't have actually graduated from college. But if your looking to find a job for the long haul and you have a high school diploma or GED you're probably management material there. read more

I have been to several Applebee's in my life time. This one is by far my favorite. It is right by my house so it is ready for me to sneak in here and there. The staff here are always super friendly. Never had to even open my own door at this one. Even when they are busy they see you coming. I have never had to wait to be seated a single time. They all greet you as you come in or even walk by. It only took a few visits before they remembered me. The drink menu is always being updated. I love coming in and trying new drinks. The bartenders really know their stuff when it comes to drinks. They actually make it with a good amount of alcohol too. I hate paying for alcohol but in reality just pay for ice and soda. For the food I dont even know where to start. The dipping sauces are so different too. I have not had them anywhere before. They even have different types of ranch flavors. At the risk of sounding like a snob ;), we eat at local, non-chain places 90%+ of the time. This Applebee's location is very close to our house and we overlooked it, never went, until recently when we won an Applebee's card. Wow! I was very impressed by the clean and fun and kid-friendly atmosphere, and great kid menu options. The waitress we had was so attentive, professional, and friendly. The manager came to congratulate us on winning the gift card (I'd called into a radio station) and chatted with us a bit, very personable and really cared about his restaurant. He/they recently partnered with a local brewery and serve these CO brewed beers on tap...can't beat that! read more

After they changed their menu and opted more of a sophisticated approach it turned out to be much better than what it used to be. The Food was good, our server was ok, and the drinks are what made the experience much better. We didn't have to wait long it being a Friday night for our table. This morning on this humid hot day, my mom ordered food through Uber Eats for my kids. The burrito she selected clearly stated it came with fries and a drink, yet both were missing. Uber Eats issued a refund, so this was never about the money or getting free food. We're regular customers and genuinely enjoy the food, which is why my mom called the restaurant this morning simply to make them aware. The employee who answered was very kind and relayed her concern to the manager working this morning. The manager's response was that it was "not their fault and they can't do anything about it". What bothered me most was how the manager chose to handle the situation. If your Uber Eats menu is advertising something customers aren't receiving, I'd expect management to at least acknowledge the concern and look into correcting the listing. A simple, "Thanks for letting us know, we'll look into it," would have been enough. Good food matters, but the customer experience outweighs it. There are plenty of other restaurants on Uber Eats and local businesses we can support. After being regular customers, we won't be ordering from or returning here--not because of missing fries and a drink, but because of how management handled such a simple concern.

At my last visit, the cashier guy was very nice and seemed happy to be there! I asked him about the BBQ Chicken and the Teriyaki, and he told me they're the same flavors, but the Teriyaki is already chopped up and more convenient.
